LEATHERMAN, Micra Keychain Multitool with Spring-Action Scissors and Grooming Tools, Stainless Steel, Built in the USA, Blue

I went on an international trip recently and was constantly reaching for my leatherman micro, but alas I had to ditch it at the airport. It’s a constantly in my pocket, and forgot that I had it. The whole time abroad I felt naked without it. That’s why with a sigh of relief there was a new one waiting for me when I got home.This is one of the best tools I’ve ever owned. It’s small and oh so versatile. All my friends keep knives in their pockets, but constantly have to use my micra as the knife can only do so much.I highly recommend this as an everyday carry.

I wanted a small multi tool that was of decent quality to have in my purse for miscellaneous things-opening boxes, cutting off clothing tags etc. for that purpose it’s perfect. Tweezers are basically useless, but the scissors and knife work well and have come in handy. I’ve fixed my sunglasses with the tiny screwdriver. I’ve had a similar cheaper one before that just didn’t hold up, the tools were loose and the knife dull. This was a worthy investment.I wouldn’t recommend for more serious users but for something small to carry in a pocket or purse for random little things, it’s great.

Ok to start off with ive no issues with the product really. It will make a great christmas present for a family member. However my main irks were with amazon as they twice failed to just get the color I ordered it in correct so I had to actually order with a 3rd party seller and they got it right first time.But about the Leatherman Micra...It works like a leatherman multitool should work and have very good quality. My only problem though is that the tweezers on these do not lock in the slipjoint like they should have been designed to do. This may not be a problem for some but some of the micra's tweezers are very loose and will fold back into the tool under their own weight. Now this of course isnt a problem really as leatherman has a 25 year warranty on all its multitools so I will just deal with them on that. Also if you are looking for a good "manicure" multitool id say this is it. Ive seen the style iterations and while they might have a tiny bit more torque they severly lack in all other tools. This one is made for someone who has no need of pliers in daily use but may need more from say fingernail treatment, bottle opener, philips and flat head screw driver, as well as of course scissors. Also I will say the tweezers are very good quality. They are quite sturdy and fine tipped which would really help with digging out a splinter if one had the need. If you ask me id say everyone needs one of these if nothing else but for the conveinence. You can even snip your nails with the scissors if you need to (was tested with my own micra and not with one of the christmas gifts for others of course). Although as I already have a leatherman blast this one will probably be kept on my keyring and the others I bought will be gift wrapped and saved for christmas. I hope this helps. An essential tool to keep in your car, backpack, purse or at work. Fantastic design and functionality. An incredibly high quality and durable tool!

I have used a Micra Leatherman every day for at least 15 years. It’s the most versatile tool for my line of work (telecom), and around the house doing handyman things, opening Amazon boxes, etc. I always have one on my keychain, and buy a new one at least every year or two so they stay sharp. I buy them for my wife and 4 kids also.

My honey bought this for my EDC (everyday Carry) it’s perfect. Love the big ol scissors. They are Pretty sharp so be careful. It’s small and fits anywhere. The only complaint is the tweezers. They line up that great but it’s manageable.

I bought two. One for home and one attached to my car keys when I'm out of the house. It's nice to have because you can do many things with it.
