Will the wires from the vizio sb4051-c0 speakers fit into the poles of the stands? I want to conceal wires.

I have Vizio 42" 5.1 sound system with 2 speakers. The wires provided with Vizio fits perfectly fine into the poles of the stands. You will need to shorten the stand as much as possible to insert the wires quickly.

Do these stands work with the Energy 5.1 speakers? Thx

They work very nicely I have had mine for a year and I love them. No issues installing and they feel very stable.

Will the stands work with the vizio sb4051-c0 40-inch 5.1 channel sound bar with wireless subwoofer and satellite speakers?

I have the 38" sound bar version of your 5.1 channel speaker system (SB3851-C0 ), but the satellite speakers are the same with the vizio item number only indicating length of that sound bar in front of the TV. I used instructions in the review by Ryno on June 14, 2014. Worked like a charm.

Is this compatable with VIZIO S4251w-B4 5.1 Soundbar with Wireless Subwoofer and Satellite Speakers. How do they secure to stand?

Yes, they attach with the long L brackets provided . Please note that you will need to use the screws that came with the vizio to attach them to the L brackets. It will take a little fussing with the brackets to get them to line up with the speakers, but it does mount perfectly. Almost as if the stand was made for those speakers.
