not suitable for carrots unless you slice them thinly, first. defeats the purpose.

We recently had to start packing my little ones lunches for daycare and we use this for cucumbers and carrots. It has made prepping his lunches so much easier and faster.

I was excited to make my carrot cutting job quicker, but I was let down. It is actually pretty hard to push a carrot through this thing. It doesn't go through smooth and slow, it s hard to get it started then slams through the rest of the carrot (if you're lucky) I've used it once and haven't been interested to use it again.

This wored great in the beginning. After a few washes water got into the handle and sloshed around. We were unable to get the water out. The blade also rusted very quickly.
