How do i control voltage at vso? port always reads 10v or more?

Hi. I'm having same situation here. VSO port always delivers 10.6V. After you configure the output as PWM into Spindle Configuration screen, voltage should chance when you chance your spindle speed thru S command (like S1500 for 1500rpm, in my case it should be about 5V) or using manual controls. I've been trying to make it work but nothing. Any idea how to solve it? I think the board has a deflect. Everything else works fine.
