It is a good product but the cushioning could do with being thicker

It’s okay and one of the cheaper ones but there are basic design problems that make this difficult, uncomfortable and potentially dangerous to use.Difficult because it’s quite small. I’m only a size 9 and when flat on the board my feet take up the full depth of this product. They have a heel stop at the bottom but as your feet move when raising and lowering you often find your heels are over this lip and you have to stop and readjust. Uncomfortable for this reason and also because the surface is just plastic and it has ridges supposedly for grip but what they actually do is make it a bit uncomfortable. It’s not terrible but a simple non slip surface would have been far more effective. Dangerous because it is quite small and as a result you have to be a. It careful when you are raising and lowering with one leg. It does work and I am using it so it probably deserves more than 2 stars but the reality is if you think you might use this a lot then maybe go for a superior product. Or make one yourself as it’s hardly a complicated product. Bit if you can’t build one then maybe go for the larger more expensive physio wooden product.

I have had plantar fascitis for 7 months now and the podiatrist and physiotherapist said i need to loosen my calves. Its a lot of effort to lean into a stretch against the wall so i end up not stretching as much as i should. This makes it easier

Ordered by physio to do calf stretches and knew I wouldn’t if had to mess around with a board and a book. Advised to get a cheap board and this fits the bill perfectly. Sturdy. Keep it by the bathroom sink and multitask twice a day while brushing my teeth etc! Perfect.

I liked the adjustment settings for the stretch but even on the lowest setting I can feel a strong calf stretch. I think I will need to build up the time spent stretching on the board gradually; my physio said 30 seconds at a time with 5 to 10 repetitions twice a day. Maybe little and often would be better to start with. My calf muscles are tight after an achillies problem and this has affected my feet and ankles too.

I had a brain injury and ordered it to do calf stretches.the board is very small and potentially dangerous as you can hardly fit both feets if you are healthy which isn't my case, and is very slippery. I nearly fell couple of times so returned it.The size of board is approximately 27x 27cm. It is possible to adjust the anglesby moving the bar in the middle in to different slots
