Ah, the elastic yoga stretcher. My teen boy “needed” it because his coach apparently told him it was essential for his well-being—because why wouldn’t you trust a stretchy band to unlock the full potential of your athleticism, right?So, I bought it. And, in an epic twist of fate, it went straight into his sports bag, where it’s now living its best life as a forgotten relic. I’m not entirely sure what it’s supposed to do, but it seems to be doing its job of not being used. And honestly, I’ve never seen it again, so maybe it’s doing too good of a job.It’s one of those things that sounded important at the time but now, it’s just… there. So yeah, it is what it is. Still, I’m glad I didn’t spend a fortune on this mystery item, because it’s basically a yoga stretch band that might as well be a piece of elastic ribbon at this point. At least it didn’t break
