I saw an infomercial for another brand of these and fell hook, line and sinker for how it could help my back.But I did not fall far enough down to pay the $60 price tag so figured I would shop around.These seemed to be "sturdy but flexible".They are sturdy, but they are not flexible, and they have a bad habit of sloshing around in my shoes. They may have ended up helping my back, but my calves were already getting a workout trying to keep them in one place.I was going to just double side tape them into the bottom of my shoe, but they were too rigid to even be comfortable so figured I'd toss these into the back of my closet and just buy another box of Icy Hot patches.

These work fine for me exactly as advertised. It took just a few minutes of wear for the inserts to move into the right place to support my heel and arch, and after that they stayed in place. Also I'm very impressed with the customer service orientation of QBK. They seem very responsive to questions and have suggestions for improving your experience. I may even buy an extra pair as they so helpfully recommend :-)

The insoles look very well and firm, the have a great support and good flexibility. The only factor let me a little unhappy is the feeling that it stops in the middle of your feet. They are good for boots and trainers shoes, I wouldn't use them for flats or elegant shoes because they take room inside the shoe.

I use these in my roller skates and they work really well. I can skate for hours now and my feet don’t hurt/ache. Would definitely recommend.

I wear these velcroed in my flip flops for arch control and they are very comfortable. I think I walk better by using these.

Yo pedí tamaño grande y esta muy ancha que no cabe en todos los zapatos, solo en unos tenis de tela pero no me ayudo a bajar el dolor.
