Is it showing charge percentage on the macos?

Dear Customer, Thanks for your interest in Satechi, and thank you for your question! Our mouse does not support the battery percentage feature on macOS similar to the Apple Magic Mouse or Trackpad. Our mouse actually notifies you it is low on battery with the LED light found within the scroll wheel. Even if the mouse is fully charged, macOS will not reflect that because our mouse does not support this feature. (in most cases it will display around 60% even if the mouse is fully charged since our Mice does not support this just yet) Also, the M1 Mouse will only charge with a USB-C to USB-A cable (like the one included) and can be charged with a USB power adapter, such as the one that comes with your cell phone. We have found that charging the mouse from a computer's USB-A port provides less power than using a USB wall adapter directly. Unfortunately, it will not charge using a USB-C to USB-C cable. Does it compatible with Ipad 2021?

Our mouse requires Bluetooth 3.0 or higher in order to work properly, and the new iPad supports bluetooth 4.2 which should be compatible with the mouse. How do you switch from one device to another? Every time I connect to a new device the old one doesn’t connect unless I remove and readd the mouse

I have similar issue. but I can add search again on the existing paired device and also after removal of paired device

Practically useless mouse

When I first tried to connect the mouse via bluetooth my MacBook found 3 devices called Satechi M1 mouse and would not connect. I deleted 2 instances and then the MacBook tried to connect which it only achieved after several minutes.Once connected I tried to set up the advanced mouse functions available under MacOS, but the Mac did not recognize the mouse. Therefore, only very basic mouse functions are available. But even these basic functions do not work properly. When I move the mouse the pointer moves but when I stop moving the mouse the pointer keeps moving for a split second or more. This makes it impossible to point to an item on the screen and click on it, the pointer always misses the item/button or whatever I aim at.Then after a few minutes of trying to change the tracking speed which didn't seem to have any effect, the mouse disconnected and no longer connects to my Mac.This is completely useless, I have had this mouse for only 4 hours and cannot get it to work.

it's fine mouse

the mouse is fine the quality is good the design is awesome but it's not precise and the scroll wheel is not rugged at all and lots of times it misses you just scroll and no action is taken
