Swix, Plexi World Cup Sharpener

Very expensive for what it is, though it does what it's meant to

This really is the only sharpener that functions as it should. It gives you sharp 90 degree even surface.

This sharpener is really just a very coarse file. It is difficult to get a nice 90-degree edge on a plastic scraper.

I didn't know how hard I was making it for myself by using dull plexi scrapers. Bought the Swix Plexi World Cup Sharpener, mounted it to my ski tuning work bench with a couple screws and away we went. One or two passes and I have a crisp plexi edge. Wax scraping takes half the time and effort. Must have tool for home shop ski tuning.

Great tool and mounted easily in the work area

Good to have but doesn't really get a fine sharp edge. Perhaps the only thing that would work is the electric sharpener scraper. This works but does not give a super sharp edge. The longer length is good.

This is a clever product for sharpening many plastic scrapers, especially ski base scrapers.

probably a good product - Irecommend this though - just a couple passes per edge and your scraper will be in great shape. Plus, you can mount it to yoru bench.

After using this tool, I don’t have to buy a brand new scraper, my scrapers are sharp right now, and it’s gonna save me time to do my skis.
