Decisive: How to Make Better Choices in Life and Work by Chip Heath - Hardcover

Overly politically correct
The book itself is actually really good and life-changing, here's the problem that bothered me enough to write an angry 1-star review:I absolutely hate the political correctness of today and this book is heavily influenced by all that and especially "female empowerment".They use female pronouns absolutely everywhere, making me feel as if this book is meant for women exclusively and a man shouldn't be reading it.This is a problem with almost any non-fiction book released in the last 10 years, but this is the worst one yet in that sense.Any time they use a hypothetical situation, female pronouns are used. If it's a negative hypothetical situation, only then are male pronouns used.

Inspiring Book For People Who Want To Take Action!
Insightful and inspiring book about decision making by Chip Heath.I managed to read through this book in little over a day. It contained useful info with action summaries at the end of each chapter, so if you're in a rush you could whizz through the key points pretty quickly. Recommended.

Thought provoking!
A very easy to read and humorous book which uses excellent real-world examples to highlight how you can make more of the opportunities (business or personal) you are presented with. All managers should read this book early in there career or even if they have just slipped into a rut.

A book for everyone.
Another great publication by the Heath brothers. Very useful insights that demonstrate why individuals and business leaders often make poor decisions and what we can do to address this. The Heath brothers have a rare combination of abilities that many other academics lack. Genuine and credible insight told with clarity, humour and conciseness. The one page summaries at the end of each section nicely encapsulate the most important bits.
