I love this book! Thank you Greg!
I just want to say a massive thank you! I’ve studied lean business management a while ago; due to my career changes I’ve become a victim of imposter syndrome. I felt like I was loosing my marbles; working for a Tech company who’s attitude and principles have left me depleted.I thought I would purchase a paper book (I need to reduce screen time) and brush up on my Lean. This book came up first; I remember learning this in my first stage of Lean business management. This book was fab! Honestly it’s made my day ❤️ I feel so empowered again; I’m ready to tackle my environment with confidence!

So so bad
So I bought this book not reading the reviews, just going off the star rating (of which I will now reduce).1) who the hell proof read this?2) English clearly not first language, which is fine but refer to point one. I thought it was written by someone Japanese given the sentence structure but the name doesn’t sound very Japanese.3) this person clearly hasn’t run a business and in my somewhat educated opinion (mba in advanced manufacturing), doesn’t really understand the concepts, 5 why’s section is comical.4) it’s written in massive font and like 60 pages. Price per word is stupidly high, which is a bit of a lol. This book gives me hope though, our boy Greg has sold at last 15 copies and managed to get it published (albeit by Amazon). You can make a living and say you’re a published author turning out this garbage. Bravo sir, bravo indeed. I was mad at spending the money at first but the optimism of the author makes me smile. So don’t buy it, but kind of do for comic value. There’s hope for anyone in business!

Not the best book on the subject
Greg Caldwell's book on Kaizen is just OK. Seems likely that this has been pulled together from Blogs and other sources, as the language feels unnatural and probably from translated original.Still, there are some useful pieces.

Not a great value for the price
Arrived on time, the book is a total joke for the price.I could have written a better Kaizen book.Very disappointed, don’t touch it.
