does the beef taste the same as knorr beef cubes? Thanks.

In my opinion better. Great for both using in cooking and a teaspoonful makes a pleasant warming hot drink.

Is this (chicken) clear or that stupid yellow stuff like the cubes turning the stock yellow?

It’s like the cubes, it’s very tasty.

Does it taste like the broth in knorr chicken noodle (packet)?

This chicken stock is amazing, I use it in soooo many things, lovely flavour, you can also just add chicken and fine noodles and it perfect for chicken noodle soup , 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽❤️❤️❤️❤️

What's the shelf life after opening?

At least a year - it just goes on and on!
