Nice valve
Nice Valve. The three functions was cool. During the remodel you may as well add more heads to the shower for just a little more money. The valve worked as intended.

Install is so much easier with PEX clamp connections already on it. Easy secure install.

Good shower valve; does _not_ share water between outputs
Was looking for a high quality shower valve that would allow me to switch between my wall shower head and my handheld shower head or SHARE between both simultaneously! This valve does NOT allow that.The "2/3 function" in the description means that turning the valve will "hard-cut" between 2 outputs. It _does not_ share water between 2 outputs.As shown in the attached table (found in the manual), if you want the "sharing" function, you must purchase the "3/6 function" model. This model _does_ allow sharing of water between outputs. Unfortunately, this is not explicitly spelled out anywhere. So I'm posting this review so that other shoppers can know.Overall, Moen makes good quality plumbing equipment. Would buy again.

My family loves this shower valve system.
This is my second Moen M-Core shower valve for my second bathroom. I had to replace the valve cartridge assembly under warranty as it wouldn’t completely turn off. Replace arrived and installed without any problems! My family loves the three way options!Peace of mind recommendation: Be sure to use a good amount of silicone paste to lube o-rings and hold gaskets in place for installation. O-ring gasket between both mixer valve body cartridge assemblies wants to fall out of place without it.

It works ok, but too expensive
I consider this product good, but nothing especial that justify its high price. Other than that, It works as expected.

The cartridge is difficult to insert.
Overall easy install other than the cartridge is a bit difficult install. Has to be perfectly inserted with both pieces with rubber seal between. Should be just piece not two.

Good product - Shipping took longer than described
Shipping took longer than the delivery window on the listing. Instead of 2 days, it took a whole week.Just a heads up if you have contractors or plumbers booked.
