Q: Do u sell this in 1 and 2 inch 4 foor by 8 foot sheet and the price

While we can cut any size imaginable, this large of a sheet becomes cost prohibitive on amazon due to shipping and storage. A local hardware store may have what you are looking for in the insulation section.

Q: If wet will it give off dangerous fumes?

No. Polystyrene is commonly used in floatation devices, coolers, hydroponics and many other water uses.

Q: Will resin melt this?

There are many types of resin, but if it has a strong solvent smell, it will likely melt foam. You can coat polystyrene with paint or glue to provide a barrier that prevents solvents from melting it.

Q: do you have 8x4x4 size?

Not at this time, but I will talk to the crew about possibly adding that size.
