Great Bands for Beginners / Rehabilitation
I was recommended a few specific exercises by a Physical Therapist for knee and hip rehab exercises. These bands work great as I was tying a long band together to make a loop.These are perfect for a beginner or for someone that is doing rehab for an injury. The light & medium provide very minimal resistance and I doubt I will have a need for the light one in the future.After I am stronger and healed, I may need to purchase the gray/black combination. I would most likely need something stronger which provides more resistance.

Great for My Injured Knee
Many years ago, I tore my meniscus while skiing. To keep my knee working, I do exercises to strengthen the muscles that support my knees. These bands have kicked my exercises into high gear! Using the techniques described in the guide, I can really feel a difference in the stability of my bad knee. I don't do any downhill skiing anymore, but I have a lot more stamina while cross-country skiing. I hope my increased leg strength will allow me to be active for many years to come!

Very Good Deal for Exercise Bands
I just want to report how pleased I am with my Vitayla loop bands and recommend their use to anyone considering a home exercise regime. I enjoy the convenience of continuing strengthening exercises at home which began in a rehab program. The bands with progressive resistance are easier to work with than weights. Plus, the bands easily pack in my suitcase when I am traveling. I look forward to staying fit with my loop bands which were so easy to obtain and to use!

Great thick bands
Perfect to help me cross train with running, the thickness of the bands are comfortable whereas other bands I have used were too thin, uncomfortably squeezing with repeated reps. The different tensions allow a variety of strength options depending on your level of fitness. Great bands, would highly recommend.
