Beck/Arnley 042-1869 Air Filter

This set of filters is identical to the factory filters, just without the BMW logo and dealer price tag. Even the BMW filters (at least for my car) has BECK ARNLEY printed on the side. So does it make sense to pay the dealership for such simple maintenance item? You decide. If you have some technical background and the necessary tools (Torx wrench), go for it! Otherwise, it may be wise to hire a professional so that your Ultimate Driving Machine can be drivable for a little longer.A piece of advice for first time DIYers, please confirm the fitment before purchasing. These fit my 2014 BMW 650Xi (F12) with 4.4T V8 like a pair of gloves. The orange polygon with yellow accordion shaped paper is the actual air filter, and the black plastic part is permanently attached for sealing the air box. The entire piece is replaced each time a filter swap is required. It really is a simple procedure, just go slow and do NOT over-torque the Torx screws!Have fun and be safe on the road!

This part is more than just a paper air filter. This design seems like it would greatly reduce particles entering the intake chamber.

These filters are perfect and in fact OEM replacement on a BMW.My old factory filters that I removed to replace with these filters were stamped Mahale, same as these replacements. The fit was perfect. The filters same quality as factory. Price was great compared to BMW’s inflated prices. Shipped to me super fact too.

This is a perfect fit for the 12-15 BMW F12 650i. YES it has 2 filters in this package (R&L sides). I pulled my filters out of my car to find out that they were never changed out. The reason why I know is because they were both dry rotted and very dirty. As I pulled the fins back, they started coming apart. My car use to vibrate at idle, but now it's smooth as a new paved road, like night and day. Very pleased with purchase. Most auto part stores don't carry these, you have 2 places to get these, here or online and BMW, and you don't wanna go there. I hope this review helps you.

These fit perfectly and appeared to be identical to the factory BMW air filters. Compared to the $250 price to have the dealer replace the air filters it's an amazing value to buy these and spend the 15 or 20 minutes to change them yourself.
