A little flimsy but it is collapsable so I guess I should’ve expected that. There is no bottom and the hamper is removable.

The cloth liner doesn't stay in place. It has ties in the back to hold it down but the corners slip off because the liner is too small. The lid doesn't fit property. It's about a 1/2 inch off so there's a gap in the top on the left side and then it hangs over the edge on the right side. Tried bending the metal loops that attach the lid but I didn't want to push too hard and break them.

I was looking for hampers to replace the round ones I have in my kid's bedrooms. I chose this color for 1 kid. Just got it in the mail and immediately opened it and got set up. It is very cute, color is perfect to match his room/furniture. There was basically nothing involved, except opening it up, and pushing the "floor" in place to make it sturdy...easy peasy! Fits the space perfectly for where I had intended it to go. My only complaint is that the lid is "off", cock-eyed...whatever you want to call it. I am including a picture to show the overall lid, then each side of it. On one side, where the lid overlaps enough that it covers the width of my hand, which then causes the other side to be slightly uncovered. Otherwise, this appears to be a great item and will do what we need...just wish it wasn't "hee-hawed".

The media could not be loaded.  Wanted to love this, but this product is not worth this price.First I’ll start with the Pros:- the advertised dimensions are accurate... so I appreciate the company properly reporting this, as the first hamper I ordered was NOT 12” Wide at all.- Second, it’s extremely easy to set up... they even the longer tied in place already.Now for the CONS:- First, you can BARELY say it’s in the gray family... it’s pretty much a straight up brown color.... strike one.- Strike two is how wobbly it is. Another reviewer said not to complain about this stuff, but the other hamper I bought for just about the same price was solid, stable and aligned properly.- the lid is off center, no matter how much I tried to reposition it, it started off center- not a deal breaker, but a definite difference noted between the two hamper was that this one has a smaller liner that was also made with thinner material.- the liner kept falling back into the hamper, no matter how tight I tied the strings.- again, not a deal breaker, but I didn’t originally realize that the hole on the top perfectly displayed the divider... not horrible, but not speaking to the eye... just one more reason I didn’t like this hamper.Comparing the two, this hamper should have been at least $20 cheaper (like $37) to kind of make all these defects seem okay-ish.

I bought this product for the way it looks, it's absolutely beautiful. When I started putting laundry in it, the inside material was folding in on itself and had no way to hold the weight. Needless to say, I was very disappointed. I'm trying to figure but a way to keep the outside material over the wicker on top, without damaging it. I would buy from this company again, they are very fair and took care of me.

Looks good from product description and pictures. Packing came ok, but once I set this up still looked OK. But after few days this thing is shredding and looks like a junk.In addition the inside fabric doesn't hold with clips or something like that so it keeps on falling in.Definitely not worth to buy this laundry hamper.

Ordered this yesterday, got it today, so that’s awesome shipping. The hamper is collapsible. Everything seems pretty normal, just a good hamper and looks pretty. The cover sometimes slips off a bit to the side but can just push it to the other side and stays centered. The inner cloth bag thing seems pretty normal, smells like it was stored for a while, can wash itor not, it’s for dirty clothes anyway. No idea why there’s so many mixed reviews, it’s just a normal hamper. No reason to overthink or complain over the quality of a hamper. Just take care of your things and don’t expect heavenly quality of things you can’t see in person or touch before buying. 10/10

Love how this fits in a small area, it’s a sturdy design except for the lining, I can’t seem to get mine to stay without an additional clip, which then makes the lid hard to close. That said, if you don’t mind it continually falling inside the basket - it’s perfect!
