I use this chain for pulling logs. I’ve had this chain fully submerged in creeks. I let it dry out while not coiled up and haven’t had any rust issues.

A 3/8" x 20-foot grade 70 transport chain with clevis grab hooks weighs 30 lb.

Q: Is this made in the USA?

No the product in this listing is made in China. Search for Peerless Chain USA transport chain or Columbus McKinnon 'CM' USA transport chain if made in USA is a requirement. Unfortunately, there is no one to police country of origin claims on-line, so the consumer must be diligent. There are countless ratchet straps on-line that claim to be made in USA when in fact, ZERO of them are. They may be assembled in USA but ALL ratchets and almost all other end of strap hardware is imported, meaning one cannot claim they are made in USA.
