This is our 2nd Bidet Toilet Seat in 4 years. I previously purchased a Brondell which is USA made. It was a nice unit and we were happy with it until it suddenly stopped spraying. This time I spent a little more $ and went with a ToTo. This unit is the cat's meow for bidet toilet seats even for experienced users. Easy installation and flawless operation of the spray nozzle are only a couple of the benefits. I will keep this short and just list the pros and cons of this toilet seat. Pros: Very simple and easy installation. You bolt the thick plastic base to the toilet with the supplied parts and then the toilet seat "clicks" into place. Nothing hard about it at all. Full features including oscillating spray nozzle, heated water, heated seat, and it even has a heated fan / dryer. With the push of a button on the side you can remove the entire seat for cleaning. The force of the water jet is perfect. If you are new to bidet toilet seats it might be a little strong but is easily adjusted. Add in the "oscillating" feature and this thing is great. You will never want to "go" without a bidet again. This seat has sensors that tell it when someone sits down and it lightly sprays the sides of the toilet to help keep it clean. The control panel is long and all buttons are easily reached without turning around on the seat. Cons: Not many cons with this bidet seat. The only thing we don't like is there is no nightlight on the underside like the Brondell had. Instead it has a bright blue light on the control panel that is a little annoying in the middle of the night. I might try some clear tape to tone down the brightness of the glow. Overall we are VERY satisfied with the features and functionality of this seat and highly recommend it for either experienced users or beginners. Great product and engineering.

Easy install, works for multiperson households, easy cleaning, easy on sensitive areas. Friends who've tried other people's bidets said this one is far better and made them want one too. Buy this today if you or anyone in your house has any issues with constipation, hemorrhoids, fissures, mobility, IBS, etc. It will literally change lives. I have a health issue that resulted in constantly irritated and painful perineal tissues. It made going to the bathroom hurt and it was a negative feedback cycle of pain and discomfort. I bit the bullet and threw even more money at the problem and haven't spent a dime on the other products since I bought this. I didn't want to even touch anything in this area because it was so sore so I got the one with the dryer. Since switching to a bidet everything healed and I literally have no more pain. The health problem persists, but this more gentle and thorough cleaning prevents irritation. No more sitz baths or creams! I don't think you need this specific product to find that relief, but this has been a great product. Easy to modify settings each use so I don't see any need for one that saves settings. I would hate having to keep track of a remote and these buttons are easy to find and I don't have to look to know which is which anymore.

This has been a game changer for my girlfriend and I. If there is one luxury item that I own and feel I cannot ever go without again it is this item right here. All joking aside this thing just performs exactly as described and is very well designed and thought out. I recommend this to all of my friends. It’s a little bit pricey but worth every penny. Your ass will thank you, and you will notice that each day is a little bit more doable when you have this in your life. Side note- if you are like me and you have your most brilliant Ideas while sitting on the pot- this thing will take your skills to the next level. Now I just need something to give me the extra motivation to make thee ides happen and I’ll be set for life.

I've been using my Toto toilet seat for a week and one word, it's FANTASTIC! To begin, the package comes in a compact box, with all that you would need to install this seat. It took me about a half hour, my only delay was that I was trying to save time and use my previous seat's hardware, but it's better to use theirs. Once installed, it fit perfectly in my elongated toilet, the adaptors are really tight, and you can really tighten using the rubber mounts. It's not going to move for awhile. I previously had a Clean Sense dib-1500R which served me well for exactly 10 years until the plastic started to brittle, this seems like quite the upgrade for about the same price I paid a decade ago. Product is made in Thailand which is nice if you don't want to send your money to certain countries. It's a Japanese brand, which is partially why I bought it since Japanese are known for their hi-tech toilets. My previous unit had a remote control, but I wanted to avoid that since I didn't like to constantly change the batteries. The remote is well placed on the right hand side. I'm 5'10", 215lbs, I fit just fine, and I'm able to turn and operate the basic buttons, I can't really see them, so I have to learn the locations. I'm not that flexible, but I can see if you're bigger and less flexible than me, you might want to opt for a remote control model. Also, the seat seems a nice fit for me, but bigger guys might not feel too comfortable. The pre-mist seems to work really well, I think I've noticed the toilet is cleaner, I will provide another review to update that feature. I'm still getting used to all this, I set it on auto energy save mode, so far, it seems to be warm at the right time. I will update in the winter time. This is a really well made unit, you can tell it's quality, the seat has one side shorter than the others, but that seems to be a function to turn the unit on when you sit. I don't see an issue with that like other reviewers that didn't read the manual. I highly recommend this unit, it's worth the premium price, but tbh it's only slightly priced above lesser known brand units out there.

First off, installing this bidet didn't take too much time once I read the instructions and it clearly explains what you need to do. My toilet is not from Toto, and I didn't have issues attaching the base plate and seat. Let's just say that my family loved it. Everything is luxury to me as this would be the first time I owned a bidet with warm seat, a controllable nozzle, dryer, mist that sprays when you sit on the bowl, self cleaning. Although I find the dryer kind of weak, which I was expecting a little more out of it. It does reduces toilet paper consumption as you could get your rear dry to a point and finish it off with a small amount of toilet paper. For women though, I don't think the dryer will be enough for the front. So a small toilet paper will be used to wipe dry. The water pressure isn't super strong, but, if you adjust the position of the spray, it will make a difference. I don't care about the deodorizer, as I wouldn't want to replace a filter for it, but, if it's very stink, it would be nice to use it. Another thing I loved is the fact that the soft cover closes quietly and covers the seat completely as to prevent germs from escaping. So sanitizing the cover will be nice to do every once in awhile. I would give them another star if the dryer has settings to increase the strength cause it feels a little weak. To dry your rear a little quicker, angle it a little at the dryer. Otherwise I think I made a good choice for a bidet and the warm seat and water is a must for colder climates and especially during winter and early spring. This will definitely reduce toilet paper consumption unless you have diarrhea or constipation, I would use toilet paper still. Otherwise, this is a great buy

If I have one negative thing to say about it it would be that ... wait ... no, I don't have anything negative to say. It's PERFECT.

I am extremely disappointed with this product and the lack of support from both the manufacturer (Toto) and Amazon. I purchased this washlet during Prime Days in preparation for my move on August 1st. Unfortunately, due to repeated rescheduling by my electrician and plumber, I was only able to have it installed yesterday—1 week past Amazon’s 30-day return window. I bought this specifically because I had surgery scheduled today and needed this product for recovery. Despite Toto confirming that this was the correct model for my toilet, it does not fit properly. I’ve tried mounting it in every possible position, but the lid sits up at an uncomfortable angle and actually hits me in the back when I sit down (and I’m only 5’2”). The washlet’s opening is also noticeably smaller than the toilet bowl, making it uncomfortable and impractical to use. What makes this worse is that I’ve never even been able to use it after spending a considerable amount of money- because the unit wouldn't turn on even with power-not to mention the additional costs for professional installation. Now I’m left with an expensive, unusable product sitting in my garage. Toto has been no help whatsoever (they admitted no alternative model would fit better and simply redirected me to Amazon), and Amazon has offered no assistance either. This is not the level of customer support I expect. Given that this was purchased for medical reasons and I have been unable to use it even once, I am asking Amazon to please reach out and help resolve this issue. (that I have never used).

... and purchase the TOTO C2 (or any of Toto's electronic bidets) for yourself and your family. We have one TOTO C200 WASHLET and BioBidet Slim Two, but after the BioBidet hinge broke 3 times, I swore I'd never go back to having such a bad experience and chose the updated C2 WASHLET by TOTO which I knew would not fail as a trusted name in the industry. Aside from the heat controlled cleaning, drying, and seating, the thing that amazes me the most are the details: - patented water aeration definitely cleans more effectively (and gently) than the non-aerated streams from other brands - deodorizer does not mask bad odors, instead it effectively reduces/completely eliminates them via an extractor fan that forces the air from the bowl through the removable activated charcoal filter. This is a great feature for a full house or multi-roommate situation and eliminates wait time after each use. Moreover, when I first read about the deodorizing feature, I thought it was a gimmick, but alas, it actually works and it's quite impressive. After using my first TOTO C200 and now this updated C2 model, the feature is an absolute deal breaker for me in a house with multiple people. This simple technology alone should be a basic feature on all toilets and bidets! I no longer have to use the noisy bathroom fan, aerosol sprays, expensive candles, or light matches to cover odors -- the C2 takes care of it for me when I get up from the seat. There is also a button to manually activate the extractor while in situ. This feature is amazingly effective -- I always thought activated charcoal was such hype but it really does eliminate foul odors on the spot. Musk and Bezos take note: SpaceX and Blue Origin should reach out to TOTO for a collaboration to design a highly compact integrated commode with deodorizing and waste storage for future spacecraft designs. Today, New York Times reported that the Dragon capsule toilet is temporarily offline and astronauts had to wear diapers while a solution is being developed. Diapers... Bottom line: While I prefer BioBidet's seat construction quality (the plastic seems more rigid, dense, and capacitive), TOTO has more to offer in terms of its unique features such as the electrolyzed eWater and its renowned soft closing lid, which NEVER breaks like the other brands. If TOTO's seats were capacitive as it is on the BioBidet's Slim Two (versus a weight triggered switch as it is on the WASHLETs), it would be a perfect product. In any case, the C2 is a reasonably priced alternative to the other very expensive TOTO models on the market and one that will save you money, your health and substantially reduce water consumption and paper waste. No more unflushable wipes ever!

Mucho más económico que todas las otras opciones de Toto y encuentro que trae todas las funciones necesarias. Una semana usándolo y funciona súper bien. La calidad de materiales de Toto si se siente muy superior a las opciones que he probado de la competencia. We have sent the Toto seat back as it was not compatible with UK voltage and water regulations. We returned the seat on the 24th January 2024 and HAVE NOT RECEIVED A FULL REFUND YET

Purchased this for a recent bathroom renovation. The seat fit over my existing toilet, I used the diagrams provided to verify. Installation was easy. I did not have power close by, so had to create one to plug the seat into. All the functions work as described..I have to remind the kids to close the lod so the seat stays warm. For the seat to warm up, I had to cancel the eco mode. Water pressure is adjustable and and the water temperature doesn't get too hot even on the max setting - this is good! I will consider purchasing this for other bathrooms in the home as well..

I didn't understand why there was a price range that big between electric solutions and basic ones, now I get it, it's an other level of luxury and comfort and it's hard to go back to just a water jet. Lot of control on temperatures, easy to install, easy to clean, good inclination of the seat.
