This is our 2nd Bidet Toilet Seat in 4 years. I previously purchased a Brondell which is USA made. It was a nice unit and we were happy with it until it suddenly stopped spraying. This time I spent a little more $ and went with a ToTo. This unit is the cat's meow for bidet toilet seats even for experienced users. Easy installation and flawless operation of the spray nozzle are only a couple of the benefits. I will keep this short and just list the pros and cons of this toilet seat. Pros: Very simple and easy installation. You bolt the thick plastic base to the toilet with the supplied parts and then the toilet seat "clicks" into place. Nothing hard about it at all. Full features including oscillating spray nozzle, heated water, heated seat, and it even has a heated fan / dryer. With the push of a button on the side you can remove the entire seat for cleaning. The force of the water jet is perfect. If you are new to bidet toilet seats it might be a little strong but is easily adjusted. Add in the "oscillating" feature and this thing is great. You will never want to "go" without a bidet again. This seat has sensors that tell it when someone sits down and it lightly sprays the sides of the toilet to help keep it clean. The control panel is long and all buttons are easily reached without turning around on the seat. Cons: Not many cons with this bidet seat. The only thing we don't like is there is no nightlight on the underside like the Brondell had. Instead it has a bright blue light on the control panel that is a little annoying in the middle of the night. I might try some clear tape to tone down the brightness of the glow. Overall we are VERY satisfied with the features and functionality of this seat and highly recommend it for either experienced users or beginners. Great product and engineering.

This is the most amazing product I have purchased from Amazon! Installation: It was so easy! 10 minutes top. Start with installing the T joint between the water supply line & the tank. I did use a pair of pliers to make sure my connections were tight. Next remove old seat, install new bracket with the screws provided, slide in seat. Plug in the water supply line and the power cord & you are done. Functionality: This may be TMI for some, but here goes. There are 2 rear washes & 1 front wash and a dryer. All the washes have a normal stream but if you push the button a second time the stream will oscillate. You can adjust the water pressure, temperature and wand position. Very helpful! I have had hemorrhoids most of my life & control them with diet but never really felt "clean". No worries now! Those bad boys have never been cleaner! (Also saving tons of toilet paper) This is also something I wish I had before menopause, again for the incredibly clean feel. All the women in your life will thank you. The wand position can also be adjusted for different size folks. The seat heater is wonderful and the temperature can be adjusted. Dryer: I understand why there are individual small towels by European bidets. Ladies the drying will happen faster if you keep that area trimmed close. Gentlemen this will not completely dry Butch & The Boys. This is why that individual hand towel will come in handy. Deodorizer is real!! Again, where have you been all my life? Not exactly sure how it works, but it works. There is no smell, deodorizer or other. There is an energy saver which takes about two weeks to learn your habits. If you use it when the saver is on it will take a minute for the water to heat up. Self cleaning of the wand & spraying of the bowl are the icing on the cake. Can you tell I love this product? LOL

Works great! Heated seat is nice, no cold shock in the middle of the night. Water tank is bit small, the heated water will run out, but the transition to cold water is not shocking, so not a real negative for me. No leaking, but sometimes you can hear the self cleaning at random times. This thing is very sturdy. Controls are easy to figure out with tactical deal on the important buttons that act as a guide for where the other buttons are located. You don't need to see the buttons. Was easy to install. You can easily pop the seat on and off the mount and make adjustments. The easy removal can help with cleaning as well. One complaint is the lip on the seat cover doesn't let you lean back as far, but you get use to that. The seat also has a thicker and rounded profile that makes extended sitting uncomfortable, so you get use to doing your business and getting out of there. Highly recommend you consider the Toto.

Hubby is very familiar with these while I have more experience with bidets but for years we have had neither. Now we're all set as I got this as an early Xmas gift. The installation was quick and non-aggravating, and I haven't found any water leaks. We don't have an outlet in the toilet room but just outside is one so didn't have to go far to get this powered up. The heated seat is pleasant, and the water sprays are comfortable and get the job done. I don't really have patience to sit and wait until the dryer has done its part but a few dabs with toilet paper take care of any remaining droplets. My SIL mentioned that while living in Japan, their Washlet also had a function to play music as well as an emergency button (as in "Help is needed in the bathroom"). Ours is obviously a toned-down version of theirs but I'm already in love. Got to admit this is a nice addition to the household.

First off, installing this bidet didn't take too much time once I read the instructions and it clearly explains what you need to do. My toilet is not from Toto, and I didn't have issues attaching the base plate and seat. Let's just say that my family loved it. Everything is luxury to me as this would be the first time I owned a bidet with warm seat, a controllable nozzle, dryer, mist that sprays when you sit on the bowl, self cleaning. Although I find the dryer kind of weak, which I was expecting a little more out of it. It does reduces toilet paper consumption as you could get your rear dry to a point and finish it off with a small amount of toilet paper. For women though, I don't think the dryer will be enough for the front. So a small toilet paper will be used to wipe dry. The water pressure isn't super strong, but, if you adjust the position of the spray, it will make a difference. I don't care about the deodorizer, as I wouldn't want to replace a filter for it, but, if it's very stink, it would be nice to use it. Another thing I loved is the fact that the soft cover closes quietly and covers the seat completely as to prevent germs from escaping. So sanitizing the cover will be nice to do every once in awhile. I would give them another star if the dryer has settings to increase the strength cause it feels a little weak. To dry your rear a little quicker, angle it a little at the dryer. Otherwise I think I made a good choice for a bidet and the warm seat and water is a must for colder climates and especially during winter and early spring. This will definitely reduce toilet paper consumption unless you have diarrhea or constipation, I would use toilet paper still. Otherwise, this is a great buy

I've been using my Toto toilet seat for a week and one word, it's FANTASTIC! To begin, the package comes in a compact box, with all that you would need to install this seat. It took me about a half hour, my only delay was that I was trying to save time and use my previous seat's hardware, but it's better to use theirs. Once installed, it fit perfectly in my elongated toilet, the adaptors are really tight, and you can really tighten using the rubber mounts. It's not going to move for awhile. I previously had a Clean Sense dib-1500R which served me well for exactly 10 years until the plastic started to brittle, this seems like quite the upgrade for about the same price I paid a decade ago. Product is made in Thailand which is nice if you don't want to send your money to certain countries. It's a Japanese brand, which is partially why I bought it since Japanese are known for their hi-tech toilets. My previous unit had a remote control, but I wanted to avoid that since I didn't like to constantly change the batteries. The remote is well placed on the right hand side. I'm 5'10", 215lbs, I fit just fine, and I'm able to turn and operate the basic buttons, I can't really see them, so I have to learn the locations. I'm not that flexible, but I can see if you're bigger and less flexible than me, you might want to opt for a remote control model. Also, the seat seems a nice fit for me, but bigger guys might not feel too comfortable. The pre-mist seems to work really well, I think I've noticed the toilet is cleaner, I will provide another review to update that feature. I'm still getting used to all this, I set it on auto energy save mode, so far, it seems to be warm at the right time. I will update in the winter time. This is a really well made unit, you can tell it's quality, the seat has one side shorter than the others, but that seems to be a function to turn the unit on when you sit. I don't see an issue with that like other reviewers that didn't read the manual. I highly recommend this unit, it's worth the premium price, but tbh it's only slightly priced above lesser known brand units out there.

I am extremely disappointed with this product and the lack of support from both the manufacturer (Toto) and Amazon. I purchased this washlet during Prime Days in preparation for my move on August 1st. Unfortunately, due to repeated rescheduling by my electrician and plumber, I was only able to have it installed yesterday—1 week past Amazon’s 30-day return window. I bought this specifically because I had surgery scheduled today and needed this product for recovery. Despite Toto confirming that this was the correct model for my toilet, it does not fit properly. I’ve tried mounting it in every possible position, but the lid sits up at an uncomfortable angle and actually hits me in the back when I sit down (and I’m only 5’2”). The washlet’s opening is also noticeably smaller than the toilet bowl, making it uncomfortable and impractical to use. What makes this worse is that I’ve never even been able to use it after spending a considerable amount of money- because the unit wouldn't turn on even with power-not to mention the additional costs for professional installation. Now I’m left with an expensive, unusable product sitting in my garage. Toto has been no help whatsoever (they admitted no alternative model would fit better and simply redirected me to Amazon), and Amazon has offered no assistance either. This is not the level of customer support I expect. Given that this was purchased for medical reasons and I have been unable to use it even once, I am asking Amazon to please reach out and help resolve this issue. (that I have never used).

The TOTO WASHLET C2 is one of the best bidets available. It does exactly what it promises — delivering a thorough and comfortable clean. The adjustable water pressure and wand position make it easy to customize the cleaning experience for perfect results every time. The heated seat is a real comfort, especially during the winter months. Beyond comfort, it definitely helps save on toilet paper, which is a nice bonus. Overall, a reliable and effective upgrade to any bathroom. Highly recommended👍
