Nicer than my brand name curtains
I bought a pair of these when they on sale for cyber day #2. Everything about them are 9.5 outta 10 fantastic. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong length. (why measure a window when you can confidently remember the length from when you measured it over a year ago).I got such a great deal that I hung them anyway, with the intention of ordering another pair in the correct size. A few months later I decided to get the correct size and go to a darker shade of blue. I came back to this page to reorder the longer curtains, and of course there were “suggestions”. One of the suggestions was from a more expensive brand name that I bought my shower curtain from (which I adore, so I won’t name names here) on a 50 % off flash deal!!! (but still considerably more at 1/2 off than these Versailtex are at regular price).Omg!?!?! how could I not splurge on the “fancy” trendy name brand curtains. What a mistake. The fancy curtains, which admittedly are much less wrinkled out it’s fancier packaging than these Versailtex were ( the only reason I deducted the .5 and made them 9.5, because my lazy self had to break out the iron— oh the travesty that is my life) , are so cheap looking, poorly made, poorer quality material, not true to color, and not nearly as and light blocking as these. To top it off, they are so snug to the rod, they do not pleat correctly or slide open easily, even though the grommet hole is supposedly the the same size as these. Which reminds me… did I mention how cheap the metal around the grommet hole looks? Ugh… they are so awful. After looking at them in disgust for a week, hoping I would grow to like them, I decided to send them back. Unfortunately my dumb self (as you can ascertain from this story) threw away the packaging. I came back to Amazon to email the seller to see if I could return without the packaging, and low and behold, the curtain set is now 1/4 of the original price … on close out. The fancy company knew these curtains were hot garbage, and I was bamboozled by then and mislead by my sense of mislead rationality… “Oh Jaime, you will spend a bit more, but you’ll have fancy brand name curtains, if these Versailtex’s are so wonderful, imagine how luxurious the fancy curtains will be… and you should definitely go with a darker color blue, it’ll look so mysterious and accent the blue in the artwork better”Moral of the story, I would 100% reorder these….…..and the darker blue does not accent the wall art better. I am cuckoo for thinking they would, and in full disclosure, the lighter blue complimented the art and gave my bedroom a friendlier, non-cheap, French Coastal vibe.P.S. … brand name doesn’t mean shitake if you’ve already found a well made reasonably priced product that you like. Don’t be like me, be prudent and wise.P.S.S…. I ordered the last set of the clearance fancy curtains, in hopes that it would look better.P.S.S.S… it does not. If you’ve ever wondered what the expression “don’t throw good money after bad” meant, I hope my story explains it to you.Dearest Versailtex, If you read this traumatic tale of woe and not only take pity on me, but also understand the mental toll it takes on a person to buy and install (now) 3 sets of curtains, of which 2 pair’s sole purpose on this planet is to mock you daily by being a constant reminder of your subpar decision making skills (including, but not limited to interior design and financial) please send me a set the original blue curtains I ordered, but in 96 inch length ( or longer if you have them) and will return the unpackaged 85 inch curtains that are neatly folded and stored in my closet. I know I’ve had them beyond the exchange window but they were barely used. Please take pity :)

Great room darkening curtains
I bought these for a guest room so that they have the option of having open curtains or making it dark in the room. These are a pretty color and look very nice. Packaged nicely too.

Orange does a good job blocking out the sun
I bought these because I saw them at my neighbor's house in dark colors and thought they looked pretty nice. After reading comments, I wasn't sure if the orange would be blocking the light because these were going into the nursery. After the test today, they do a great job blocking out the light and I love the color and texture as well

Excellent quality.
The gray is little darker than I expected, but the quality is excellent.

Not blackout! But love them anyway! For privacy! Nice!
These curtain panels are not blackout or triple layered as described however they work for my needs. They are light filtering and thick enough to provide privacy that you cannot see through even when held up to a light source with your face right up against the curtain. I live in an upstairs apartment with trees outside of the windows that I want to be able to look at while still having privacy at the bottom part of the window which is low to the ground. I put two of these 52 inch by 63 length curtain panels on my 72-in window behind the sheers, on a tension rod and can lower and raise them as desired. Tip, I do have them upside down with the grommets on the bottom because I like the look of the rod going through the hem instead. I placed large cup hooks just underneath the windowsill so that when I lower the tension rod to halfway down the window, I can tuck the excess length of the curtain onto the cup hooks via the grommets and it doesn't hang on the floor. The light blocking is enough for me especially for spring and summer with the light shears I have over them but they do not darken the room enough for people who want to sleep in. I do only have two panels on (the left small window has a thinner fabric one) but I bought four so maybe if I put those on for more fullness it would help block a little more light. Not really a concern for us as we are normally up by 6- 7 anyway. They are soft nice quality sort of a polyester style but I'm very happy with them. The plan was for brightening my room with white curtains with the white sheer on top with privacy option and it works. I would buy again.

Great curtains
These curtains are not only lovely but the fabric is soft and hangs so well. Also they do their job of keeping the hot afternoon sun out. Highly reccommend.

Great curtains!
These are perfect for what we needed them for. Just something to go in our son’s room to help darken his room while he did some streaming and gaming. They are definitely darkening curtains. I would definitely recommend these. They’re great for the value.

qualité
Les rideaux ne sont pas aussi opaques tel que mentionné dans la description, mais le sont quand même assez pour un salon pas pour une chambre.

Not as dark as expected
Drape material is very nice however, Expected the drapes to be a lot more room darkening, especially according to the pictures in the review.

Great for blocking drafts in our old home
We've hung two of these curtains in entryways near exterior doors to block the draft for the winter. They're hugely effective! It's often a notable difference on the other side of the curtain, and the power savings have already paid for them. These are an aesthetically pleasing alternative to the plastic thermal barriers in doorways. We used simple tension rods to hang them in archways and cut-throughs.
