Not happy
Very unreliable. I’ve had the same product from others before with absolutely no problems. This programmer has cost me countless amounts of money and time spent on jobs that I was unable to complete due to the programmer being unable to program. Highly disappointed.

Yes you never had one just be patient and follow step-by-step instructions and because it will take time
Yes it works well on some vehicles but it should have came with a owners manual to how it works Download update the hard drive but other than that it's a good tool but I am still learning
