How come the packs you’ve sold in the past are not factory sealed?

Any individual seller out there that is selling resealed packs should be given feedback that reflects that performance. There are many different sellers on these listings, and so I hope that the performance of one does not discourage you from buying in the future.

Does this pack come with shiny charzard

Are they factory sealed packs?
