One of the six candles didn't work at all. But good buy for price and quantity

The candles have zero purple, I can paint that i guess. They aren't very bright, the flickering seems to be hit or miss. The bottoms don't screw on very well. But for the price, and what i need it for, its passable.

There is no timer on these candles. So if you are looking for timed candles look elsewhere. Love the price, the color if the flame (orangey yellow) and the flicker effect. Turning them off and on is not a problem but sometimes you do have to shake the candle to get a good connection. But it really is not a problem considering these are only used as a Halloween decoration. I would recommend if you are looking for a value.

Love the idea and used them in a wine bottle candelabra while camping. My husband woke up in the night and moved it out of sight as a candle came on and he didn’t know how to shut it off. Had this happen a couple of times. Either way, it served its purpose and I like them.

Looks nice in my non-electric chandelier. Each requires 3 AA batteries but I haven't needed to replace any yet. QUIRK - when my neighbor clicks car alarm, 1 (of 4) candles lights up.

These purple and copper candles are not so much purple...as they are copper in color. That said, they are perfect. They flicker like a candle and while they did not readily fit in the candle holder, this was easily rectified by wrapping the base with a small strip of plastic wrap.I checked out many different candles before deciding on these and for the price, these are a nice product. Timers would be nice, but timers also wear the battery down faster...so twisting them to turn them on is better over the long term anyway...my 2 cents.
