I researched and decided on this item mainly because the video instructions that were available on this Amazon page. I highly recommend you use it. The written instructions are very hard to follow at the beginning and would have made the process much harder. It took me about an hour to put together and I did need an extra set of hands a few times. This is a very nice car and the parental remote is easy to use. I have 2 children age 14 months and 3 yrs and both are big boys for their age and they both fit . The music is great " particularly liked Queens "Another One Bites the Dust " sung by children.It Also it was derived on time with both boxes delivered together. Enjoy

Ok, this is my first review I have written on Amazon. I am doing it this time because we made a large order and we wanted to express how was our experience with the compact and the cars.we bought 2 of these electric power wheel cars for our 3 and 5 year old kids.My husband spent 2 days looking for the cars that could meet our requirements without expending $800 . We saw these cars and decided to give it a try. The first thing we like was the price. As you know these power wheel cars are expensive and we were on a budget so we placed the order the first week of December. They were supposed to be christmas gifts for our kids.We received the first one on December 21st. It was a large box but we didnt get the tires so we were very disappointed and i logged into Amazon to contact the seller. So i couldnt find any phone number so i ended up contacting Amazon so Amazon talked to them via email on my behalf.4 ever, the seller are very responsive, the customer service is great. They always replied back within 24 hours. They apologized for the inconvenience and explained to me that due to the the massive amount of shipments the carrier didnt pick up the rest of my order. I received the rest on the 29th (after christmas) we were upset but understood that it was christmas season and delata could happened. Good thing my kids received more christmas gifts from our family members so they Werner too anxious to get the cars. We received 3 more boxes on the 29th. EVERYTHING ARRIVED!! The tires for the first car and the second car with the tires. Just so you know you get 2 boxes per car.They came with the Instructions and hardware. Everything was well packaged. The instructions were easy to follow. My husband put together the 1st car in 45 minutes and the second one in 30 minutes. The control and all the bottons work well. And the kids loved loved the music that came with it. Each car came with a Aux cable to plug a cell phone to play any music. My daughter is 5 but she is petite, my son is 3 but he looks like he is 4 and they both can fit in one car..not very comfortably but they can seat together. The remote control works wonderful and my kids love to seat in one car while my husband manipulates the car with the remote control, the kids raise their arms and scream pretending they are riding a roller coaster..lol..The quality is great too. Looks strong and we know they will last. They kids really love their new cars. And if they are happy, we are happy.I highly recomend this seller and these cars.

I don't know why or how I can decide if this new item is worth the value for the money - it's new, it should be. Until it gets some use, then I will know - but based on other comments, those help be to choose this product. Another thing and a common issue in other reviews was the hard to understand instructions, They definitely need to improve the detail and wording. The only thing I have done so far as far as using this item, was I took it on a test run to see how the remote would work - it does ok, but if there are 2 speed settings, I can't tell the difference between the "high" & "low" speed settings. This is definitely not a 2 child seat unless the kids are a size 2T or 3T at best. And I like that it has music, not sure the songs but I wish there was a place to mount a MP3 player since it does have a plug for one. Looks like you would just have to figure out a way to keep one in place so that it won't slide around

I will admit that assembly and the instructions could absolutely be clearer, but I am very satisfied after finally getting the Jeep working. After spending a few hours setting it up, it wouldn’t drive and we were really upset. I finally got in touch with customer service who trouble shooted it with me over email for several weeks and we finally got it working! Customer service was polite and thorough and they wouldn’t give up until my Jeep was working, even though I was outside of the warranty window. It’s a very cute Jeep and my son loves it. Thank you!

I wish my husband would have read the reviews and thought twice about this purchase for my daughters Christmas gift.It’s a sad Christmas morning when your child can’t even enjoy her gift.Remote control non functional doesn’t work at all tried multiple different new sets of batteries!Reverse and forward buttons are reversed so when you press forward you go backwards when you pass backwards, you go forwardS this is not only confusing and frustrating, but dangerous for children!Upon reaching out, it has been nothing but a nightmare to resolve this situation. It’s third-party, so good luck getting the help you need. They finally got back to me and requested pictures and videos of the issues just a huge inconvenience. I hope that I can help somebody with this review.We have bought a couple others on Amazon throughout the years and I’ve had much better experiences do yourself a favor. Don’t buy this one and also you can read plenty of reviews about manufactured problems this car.
