Godox Thinklite TTL HSS TT685S Camera Flash High Speed 1/8000s GN60 for Sony DSLR Cameras a77II a7RII a7R a58 a99 ILCE6000L

I just bought this product and did a small shoot with it, so time will tell just how great this thing is. For now I can say, it is pretty awesome. It is built strong and does not feel like a $150.00 speed light. The TTL function was accurate and gave me great lighting. I also used it in manual mode and it performed flawlessly. I really would like to know how Godox made this product, TTL, and kept the cost down so much that they can sell it for $150. I hope this think is working just as good 6 months from now; I will update. For now, I say it is worth every penny and then some. By the way, I use this on my Sony A7Rii.

I tried plenty other speed lights from Amazon, Best Buy. Settled on this one after seeing and using a friend's 600. This 685 series is a great flash system. Works well enough on my Sony A7ii. Will chew up batteries, so buy some rechargeable type.

Product works great with the Sony A6000! TTL and HSS! Great buy! The only issue I have is the hot shoe is not made very well. The flash slipped off the tripod and busted the hotshoe. I had attempted to contact Godox regarding repair or replacement of the part and have yet to hear back from them. Wish this product had a protection plan.

I love how bright and accurate the light is. Plus with this specific one I can use it to control others while using the light on camera or even just use it AS A CONTROLLER ONLY (I thought it was cool) or with one of the Godox triggers I can have a single light off camera. The possibilities are endless. HSS always works. The initial set up of all the wireless isn't as simple as I think it should be because of alternate menu buttons. But my only drawback to this light is the cycle time. Yes it claims a certain cycle time, but that 's only for a few flashes and with HSS turned off. Turn on HSS and turn up the power and you will have a much slower cycle time on your hands.

When researching online to try to troubleshoot, there were many questions posed to the same problem. The quality of the light itself is fantastic; however the length of time the item worked is not acceptable.

Outstanding flash unit, it performs as advertised. Best value for the money,I would highly recommend this product.

This is overall a great speedlight, but with one fatal flaw - the color temperature jumps up to 7000k, which is WAY colder/bluer than any real professional speedlight (usually around 5600k). The advertised color temperature is 5600k, which is false. So, I'd be aware of this issue before buying. You may have to use gels to modify the flash.

I have two of them, and are strong, resistant and always ready to shoot. Very good product and the price is excellent
