Wow…get it!
I’m not one to review, but so far- my dell rugged has been better than expected, and I had high expectations.Arrived on time— super clean, it looked new. The only wear and tear I could find was a little on the carrying handle— but it wasn’t much.Was easy to set up when tuned on. Battery came fully charged, lasted about 6.5 hours. The next day it seemed to last a little longer, maybe 7.5 hours.Only had a couple days, but very pleased so far. I searched for weeks and was hesitant to buy a used computer, especially one made to get banged around, but I’ve been pleasantly surprised so far. I’ll update this once I have it a little longer, but best purchase I’ve made in a long time so far.

Sub-Par Quality - No replacement provided
We have ordered multiple laptops from seller. Quality is hit or miss. Unit we received had cracks in the keyboard assembly and large gouges on the bottom of the laptop. Messy black splotches of paint over the hinges from some attempt at a "refinish"Definitely does not meet the "refurbished" description provided by Amazon or the seller.Requested a replacement and we were only refunded. so the poor quality unit we bought will probably be sold to someone else again.

Great Computer
When I saw the computer at the price I had my doubts. While there was conflicting information in the description vs the Product Specs, the computer came with everything in the description. Computer fired up and all the updates went smooth. Everything was amazing. Even came a day earlier than expected. I would definitely recommend buying from them again. You can't beat the specs for the price. Plus it's a rugged laptop.

Wish I Could Give More Stars
I already knew this was a great machine, I was only worried about buying from Amazon reseller, but this seller is the cream of the crop! I wish I could do all my business with them, they are a diamond in the rough! Woul not hesitate to buy from again!

Poor customer service
Over priced for the same items they sell. Laptop quality even for a refurbished one is a 3, 10 being best. I wouldn't recommend this product for the price!

Works fine but low battery
Works fine, but the battery is somewhat limited especially for a laptop that has two batteries.
