Only 28 the balloons!!!
The media could not be loaded. 5/18- Updated Review to show Quality of the banners and cake topper. Definitely happy with the banners quality they were cute especially for the price.I can say I’m not thrilled that seller has not reached out to me to apologize or compensate me for the lack of quality control when it came to the balloons 😬 Either way we made it work. However, I had to purchase more balloons from party city to add to the bouquet since it came with out the teal color balloons (more $$ spent).-Product was a good price, but even this I can’t say you get what you pay for.Product says it comes 40 latex balloons I got 28! 10x purple 10x pink 8c yellow, amd no teal colored balloonsProduct was sealed so I’m guessing the productivity is lacking in this deal.It’s 2 days before my party, I wish I had opened sooner so I could return for correct items.

Great party package
A great option to get all party decorations in one go! Wasn’t missing anything however some of the banner was bent upon receiving from being packaged in a flimsy envelope. Not bad though. The decorations were super cute and everyone loved them!

Balloons are not good!
The balloons kept deflating indoors and outdoors. Some even popped the second we were tying them on to string. Everything else in this package worked well except for the balloons.
