Spec-D Tuning Dual Exhaust Catback System Burnt Tip Compatible with 2003-2007 Infiniti G35 2Dr Coupe

This exhaust sounds and looks great. It doesn't have crazy cabin drone like I was expecting, while maintaining that trademark 350z engine rumble. It's tone is deep and low and albeit a little unnoticeable closer to redline, at least from inside the car, and considering I have a JWT pop charger. It's lighter than stock and actually fit very very well. It cleared everything well and went right on to every hangar. The exhaust came with new gaskets and almost all the bolts I needed to install.My only gripe with the exhaust is the fitment near the rear bumper cutouts. The driver side tip lines up properly, but the passenger side tip doesn't quite line up with the cutout of the bumper, a little frustrating but not a deal breaker.As far as the purchasing experience, everything went well except for the packaging. As someone noted, there were some holes in the box and the bolts were just loose in the box, which is likely how I was missing a bolt. Not a big deal as I had some similar sized bolts laying around, but still, this was packaged as cheaply as possible.Overall, I would definitely recommend purchasing this exhaust as it will give you that extra power and aggressiveness you want from your Z, you won't regret it!

Let me start by saying that the shipping and packaging of this product was horrible. The box arrived with holes in it and the bolts and nuts were scattered all over the inside of the box. Because of all the holes in the box, i was missing a bunch of bolts, nuts and washers needed for this installation. Be prepared to make a trip to your local Home Depot or Lowe's for replacement nuts and bolts. Installation is gonna take a while if you've never done this type of thing before. My package came with no directions and you have to deal with figuring out how to make adjustments for a tight fitment. (it does say professional installation may be required.) With that being said, i am happy with the outcome. Its a loud system and sounds great. it does not have an annoying drone sound and gets louder as your RPM rises. As great of a deal this is you do have to deal with all the issues mentioned above.

The media could not be loaded.  First off this cat back sounds awesome. I installed in on my 08 350z enthusiast. At low rpm in has a deep low rumble like a 60's E type then when you get over 5500 rpm it howls like a LP-640 then when you let off the gas it snarls and pops. Now the bad side and why I rated it 4 instead of 5 stars. It didn't fit. The ends of the pipes coming off the CCs were about 7" too long. This was not a problem for me as I have am older brother who is a mechanical genius who has about every tool avalaible in the world. We cut about 7.25" off the ends of the pipes ground down the flange to get the excess pipe out then welded the flange on the end of the shortened pipes. Took about 30 minutes. Then everything fit like a glove, perfect. Didn't have to move hangers or anything else. Once its mounted it is very solid and aligned perfectly. Again it sounds incredible and would be well worth the $100 or so dollars it would cost to get it professionally installed if you can't do the work yourself. Came packaged very nicely and all hardware and gaskets were included. The video I included sucks because my phone isn't the best. Also I have Tekada dual cold air intakes installed. Definately worth the money and a little bit of trouble.

I purchased this for my 05 G35 Coupe.The fitment was bad. The tips didnt stick out far enough from the rear bumper and actually heated up and melted parts of my bumper :(The tips came in looking real nice. But its been less than a month and the "burnt" effect on them is fading.However it does sound a lot better.And as for performance, there was no change big enough to really notice behind the wheel.

Sounds awful and rusted right away. Don't buy this.

When first put on the exhaust had a very bad Honda Civic rice sound. I wanted the deep rumble the Z is known for. I paired this exhaust set u with a magnaflow X pipe and that gave it the deep sound I was looking for. I'm looking at putting on test pipes to get a little out of it now. The exhaust went on great very easy about 30 min (I have access to a car lift at a shop) the exhaust was sitting on the "W" brace and rattled really bad! Also the tips were not centered in the cutouts. After I took it to the shop and had them weld in the X pipe they did some tweaking and got the exhaust lifted off the "W" brace and centered the tips. Now it looks great and sounds even better! The X pipe is a must with this exhaust. But still way better then spending $1,200 on what's pretty much the same thing.

Love the way it sounds. I installed it myself at the skills center and it doesn't have a perfect fit. I have one side pointing upward and I don't want to try and bend it yet. I'll check on it later when I go back to the center for a different part install on my car. Any tip of how to bend to make a better fitment, please message me. Other than that it looks and sounds great. Also package came with holes which the gaskets and bolts came missing but they were quick to ship a set out to me. Package was well wrapped inside so nothing was damaged.
