LOVE these videos
LOVE these videos! I am getting in the best shape with these. Tod Durkin is great in his techniques and enthusiasm. He carefully explains every move step by step and keeps you going. This takes me about 20 minutes to complete this workout and I am finally using my Total Gym again. I also bought the beginner video as I started first using that one for a month , then switched to this one. I am excited to step up to the next one soon. Would definitely recommend these to anyone with a total gym!

LOVE my total gym!!!!
I be been doing the basic one for 6 months...This one looked difficult but I found it easier than expected. Deeper muscle exercise. Sooo happy with how I feel and am looking these days.I LOVE my total gym!!!!! 61yrs old and FABULOUS!

Great Workout
This is a great at home with out on the Total Gym. It teaches more advanced exercises. I definitely feel myself getting stronger.
