Have to say this was only going to be a 4 star review but it was tipped over to 5 star by Signare after sales service . The laptop bag was ordered for my daughter and was exactly what it said it was size , design and general quality . Unfortunately the first time she used it one of the strap clips disintegrated . Emailed Signare who couldn't have been better a brand new strap was here the next day . Now that is the kind of after sales service people like, find a fault solve it the next day .

This is a very attractive bag and holds my computer and several files. It appears to be robust and I like that it has two handles and a long across body strap. It could be improved by a few more zip compartments and perhaps a little more flexibility in the material would provide more room. However overall I am pleased with this bag and think the price was about right for the quality.

Lovely bag which is large enough to fit my laptop plus, books, charger, lunch etc. Strap snapped after a couple of months but the seller replaced it very quickly with no fuss and I haven't had any problems in the previous 6ish months so I imagine it was a one off problem.

Packaging made the bag out of shape on arrival. The bag should have been stuffed with paper before packing to keep its shape. Other than that great bag, I love it
