A good product from Oriley
I ordered two filters one from Riversoft and other from Oriley. While I received both on the same date, thanks to Amazon both did not fit my taps. I searched for the connectors in the local market but did not find any. I contacted both vendors. Riversoft responded immediately and even sent me the connector free of cost, this one did not respond at all after several calls and whatsapp messages. As these items require continuous support like cartridges, I strongly recommend against buying such a product from Oriley. Riverside is too good and recommended.Review after 40 days:The softener is doing the job it is intended to. Soap started giving lather and also started performing at inlet TDS of above 3000 PPM also. Satisfied with the productAlso the customer care which was not responding initially has changed and interacted to make up for their initial glitches. That is a refreshing change

Waste
It's not worth the money after using for 2 days it started leaking and tried to see it there was some defect but even when it's look fine as soon as on the shower water keeps on leaking from the joints. Waste of money

I think worked just for 4-5 baths
I think it was working for few day but then felt hard water again.Its still installed but i think the working capability is no more

Does as advertised
I have been using the product for last 2 months and its been delivering as promised.Delivery and packaging was up to mark and installation was hassle free. it would be great if they include the connectors and sealing tape in the package so that it saves another amazon visit.Apart from that this might be be best value for money shower filter on Amazon. (as per my searches)
