Poorly designed valve
Very cheaply built plastic gears stripped after replacing for the 3rd time of use. Rohl should design a reliable replacement this is totally unacceptable junk! But once you have the shower installed it’s extremely expensive to tear the shower apart to replace the valve body with a quality control!Very disappointing!

Bad design,cheap internal parts.
The part itself works fine. The problem is the poor design of plastic gears that strip after 10 to 12 months of use,depending on the user and how careful they are applying pressure on the handle.

It broke after a year of low use.
I had a professional plumber install this part in my shower because the original cartridge broke and this cartridge lasted one year and broke again. I requested a refund and did not receive one. I am very disappointed to say the least.
