Great solution for a security system in a remote location, like a vacation property, for example.
Installed a security system at my cottage and needed to know it would still be operational after a power failure/outage. It powers up my modem and, 2 minutes later, my router and gets the security system back on line just a few minutes after the power comes back on. Love it!

Does the job, but overpriced & needs to be updated & improved
This device works exactly as advertised, but I'm deducting one star because the manufacturer has made no effort to improve on an obvious flaw. The obvious flaw with this rebooter is that the clock is extremely difficult to see. Also, unless you have X-Ray vision, it's virtually impossible to see whether it's set for AM or PM. I'm deducting another star, because this product is overpriced for what it does. This looks like it was designed in the 1990's and never improved upon. With that said, once it's set, it works, thus 3 stars.

Works like a charm
This was my second purchase of this product, for a second house. I've had it in another house for several years now. It works like a charm. It's a set and forget type of device. It just works. It resets my modem and router every night at 4 a.m. and keeps them "fresh." Lately my wife has had issues with her printer not showing up on her devices, which usually means a reset is needed to make them reappear. If it's not critical, she knows she can just wait until the morning to print, since she knows reset will occur overnight. So we've been very pleased with this device. If your internet starts to drag, a reset often will cure that. Oftentimes you don't realize your internet is slowing down until it is very noticeable, but it may have been slowing down for weeks. With this device you don't have to worry about it, as reset occurs every night. A great device to have.

Easy to install and working perfectly so far. I have a "complicated technical environment," and frequent/disciplined re-booting of my modem and router help its speed and reliability.
