Good book for Beginners
I have gone thru the book. Its a paperback edition. I quite liked the presentation of the contents in the book. It can be considered as a very handy piece of work for beginners who would like to know the basics of the crypto world. Not only crypto the evolution of currency is greatly explained. I think its a must read for all young people who would like to enter in the world of latest trend of so called crypto or Bitcoin... A big thumps up to the author Anthony Lewis for accumulating such information in a single book.

Excellent book, with a wealth of great information
This is a great book, which takes you, the beginner, from zero to hero/heroine in the matter of blockchain and bitcoin. If you've heard about cryptocurrencies, or seen the terminology used in the press, and are curious as to what all of it means, this book would be a great place to start. A couple of gripes though:1) It is still not clear to me, after reading the whole book, how one node FINDS another when it is activated, ie. brought online. This is one of the PRIMARY questions I had when buying the book, and not having this information in it is a tremendous letdown.2) Another thing omitted is, WHAT maths are done on a private key to get your public one. In the book it states, I think in more than one place, that "some maths" are done - it would have been nice to get greater detail, even if that requires the audience to be more than a totally lay person.3) Of course, for us here, a large part of the information about cryptocurrencies is irrelevant, because India is, as you probably know by now, not going to USE either Bitcoin or Ethereum or anything else, that is, to be accepted by merchants, but rather our government-sponsored CBDC which is coming next year (as I write this). Antony should have tried to do the research of the exact implications of this, and provide us with information specifically regarding how this CBDC will work, rather than BTC or ETH, before selling his book in India. Bitcoin has been there for about 15 years now, and Amazon America still doesn't accept it, nor are there any indications that it will do so - if they had to do it, they would have done so by now, right? There is no discussion about this aspect of cryptocurrencies, which is a STARTING question most readers would have when they buy the book. But leaving all that aside, it is still a great place to get started. Please, get started :)

Book is great, But worst packaging by Amazon
Received the product on time, BUT pages along with the cardboard were folded. I know it's because of the improper packaging by Amazon unlike Flipkart. Please try to improve in case of book packaging. Book is great otherwise 👍

Simple language and the best book for basics
The first few chapters talk about the foundations of money and how it evolved from barter system to the current system we use today. Then it moves on to explain the importance of crypto currencies. All the basics of Bitcoins and Blockchain are covered in detail without going into any of the maths and programming, exactly what you would expect from a book about basics. This is an excellent book for people starting to explore bitcoin and blockchain fundamentals. I finished the whole book in 2 sitting.

Very simple and conceptual
The book is very nicely written in a very simple language. A person not from finance background would also easily understand. One star less because I wished some practical examples and also the comparison chart of each crypto
