When got the first one in the mail and reached into the package it was wet and sticky. We quickly realized it had busted. Once we let the seller know and went through the process of getting a return label they quickly mailed out a replacement. No complaints. Accidents happen. Very pleased with how smoothly getting a replacement and sending the busted one back went. My daughter loves it and was very excited about how quickly the new one got here.

My niece asked for this specifically for her birthday and it's adorable! As soon as I opened it I wanted one for myself. This is a good size for the price. I'm just not sure how durable it will be. I do love that it comes in a little fake steamer basket.

I wanted to love this product, but it popped the very first day. I bought this for my classroom and it popped in the hands of the first student who picked it up (I was watching the whole time and he was not rough with it). Considering it’s essentially a fidget /stress ball I was expecting it to at least last a few weeks. Super cute design - but not worth it unless you plan to leave it sitting on a desk for decoration.

Bought this for my daughter for Christmas. She absolutely loved it and was pretty careful with it considering it is a squishy. It broke the next day. There is a tiny hole in the top of the bun and I suppose she squished it one to many times in a two day period and it split. She was very disappointed. All in all it's cute, so soft and very satisfying to play with but not for a 7 year old child. Maybe an adult to keep on their desk at work to fidget with. I feel that $4.99 would have been a much better price for this one.

My daughter is a big fan of “Bao” and when she saw this at Learning Express she freaked out, we purchased one and a few days later it popped, I went looking on here for the same one and found this one, the EXACT one we purchased before for literally half price and it’s lasted her a few months now. Would recommend buying it from here instead of going to some over hyped fidget store and spending twice the amount of money for the same thing.
