Great inexpensive smart tv
TV came in and I was very impressed with how easy everything set up. Remote was broken though. Didn’t care about that, since there is a Roku app for my phone and was able to buy remote that was delivered same day. When I emailed the company to let them know, they offered to replace it as well. Great customer service.

Extremely poor design and overall not new user friendly.
So I bought this TV looking for a cheap 4k TV to play games on, it arrived today and putting the bottom stands on it wasn't terribly annoying but difficult to do alone. Especially if you have a larger version of this TV. That's not the real reason why I'm rating this one star though, the real reason is that I cannot physically use the TV whatsoever. There is some sort of outage as of 4/13/23 @4PM that will not allow new users to make an account. That wouldn't be so bad if you didn't need an account to do literally anything on your TV. I can't switch any HDMI inputs so I can use my console to play games because you need to access the home screen for that. So currently I have a $200 43" light up glass box sitting in my room. Whoever programmed the roku operating system should rethink how they make their customers set their TV's up because of this, I can definitively say if I do not end up returning this and regardless if I do or don't I will NOT be buying another Roku TV in the near future. This is just my personal experience and you may have a better or worse experience buying your own, ideally if Roku and their services actually worked then I would be much happier, but it is frustrating to be excited about trying out a new TV only to not be able to use it until Roku fixes whatever they or someone else ****ed up with on their services.

Junk TVs
Element has terrible TVs and they don’t stand behind them. Poor customer service. They don’t care that their TV is junk.
