Unboxed it, cleaned it, device parked up on first use. No lights on. Vendor did not respond to enquiries to replace. Need to return to Amazon for a refund.The seller subsequently responded. The blender was replaced. I have only used the new device once. It works but very noisy.

This blender is amazing better than I expected. Probably just as good as the more expensive models such as a Vitamix. Really blends to a smooth consistency even with ice. Would definitely recommend.

For a blender to make smoothies/soups, yeah, it's Gucci, but you can find a cheaper alternative to do exactly this.Crushing ice/berries - making protein ice cream, it DOES NOT like doing this and takes too long trying to convince it to keep going.

The media could not be loaded.  2021I am a smoothie maker and when this product arrived it was literally straight out of the box, add your ingredients and press Smoothie.So easy to use with 4 quick functions Ice Crush, Smoothie, Grind and Pulse with 8 speed buttons. Made by smoothie easily as seen in the video. The jug is a big size and the recipe booklet is great. This could be used by anyone.Now to go through the recipe book and try all the receipts. Very good product and would recommend. Only slight snag is it doesn't come with a takeaway glass.

Only used once but it seems the business. Sturdy, and blended soup perfectly soup very quickly. Holds a large volume. Will definitely crush ice easily

Very happy with this blender/ smoothy maker. Brought it for my husband’s birthday a month ago. It’s big and powerful. We use it everyday for smoothies (including frozen berries, carrots, nuts and seeds). I was unsure of the quality of the machine as it’s not a reputable name but I’m very happy with its performance and it’s a bargain at the price!

You can make any combination you want in the quantity you want because the jug is huge.Try kale banana smoothie. Super food!Happy of the purchase of this product. Nothing to complain.
