-2 Fine Garment Suede Sew-On Elbow Patches w/Perforated Edges 4.25 x 5.75 in (Toast Brown)

After 30 years my tweed riding jacked elbows busted out. Do you expect me to go out and buy a new riding jacket? Hell no. I bought these elbow patches. Now the jacket will last me for another 30 years. I m very pleased. the color is perfect. I should do a video.

Sewing these patches on was so easy because there were holes punches around the edge. After application the sweater looked very nice again!

The suede leather is a good compliment to my Wool Jacket that after 30 years developed a hole in the lower arm. Went to several stores to buy heavy thread. No joy. Finally went to our local Tandy Leather Store and got the thread (waxed) and a package of needles (2") with large eyes. Took me about an hour to sew the first one on. Will probably take a little less for the second. I have a total of $25 invested in this repair. Local drycleaner seamstress told me it would cost $45.00. The quality of the elbow patch is better than I expected. Should last for another 30 years.

High quality product, but difficult to visualize what the color will look like in real life ... had to order 3 colors until it harmonized with my jacket.

Easy to see on my suede jacket that had a rip in the elbow. Jacket now looks cooler than it did before the rip! Love these patches and want to try on a sweater as well!

The real tone absolutely does not match the name of the color and photo. The real color is not light brown, but brick-orange. This is normal if you do not need the patch color to match the color of the product. But in my case, I tried to get brown patches for a brown jacket, but even the color did not match, not that the tone. I returned these light brown patches and ordered others, just brown ones, and what do you think-I got dark patches with a purple tint, there was not even a smell of brown ....and only my third order-dark brown patches matched my expectations for color, but, everything does not work perfectly-the patches came from artificial suede on a textile basis ..I don't know what else I can say
