these wooden stands are much better than the plastic ones. Stronger, sturdier and a better value

Good for all normally weighted decorative plates. As described, well packed and received promptly.

Glue the stand in position!
Once you have adjusted it to the size of your display plate, then glue it in position as the hinges are a little on the slack size.

Good for some displays, not all.
It works better for holding plates than some other shapes, e.g. a rectangular icon painting. The tripod doesn't stay in open position well. It's a little loose in the hinges. The circular shape of a plate is less of a problem. Price is ok.
