I didn't have any way to do situps without someone sitting on my feet. I live in an apartment so not much space for large pieces of equipment. This item is small, lightweight, and easy to use. Our kitchen and hallway have a tile floor covering, everything else is carpeting. This setup bar's vacuum pad works well. I've used it several times and it never failed. Great buy.

Nice work out assistant. Does not suction to a floor that is uneven. I have exposed wooden floors in my apartment and it would not secure to the floor at all. My dad had laminate in his living room and it works perfectly there, so I gave it to him. More of a suction issue than a function issue.

The concept is great! But it will not adhere to wood floors, but sticks to my countertops very securely, but I can’t do situps there lol!

Trying to get this to suction to the floor is impossible. Would be a great product if the suction cup actually stuck. Quality of product is not bad, but if you cant use it it is worthless.

El producto no es funcional. Es casi un juguete o bien para niños. Aún en piso completamente plano se desprende. Tal vez si pesas menos de 50 kilos te podría funcionar.
