Saved my Soles!
Wow, for the first time in my LIFE I think I know what it feels like to have warm feet all the time. I am one of those women with really really low blood pressure, which means I'll be healthy a long time, but I live a life of continual finger-and-toe freezing. These boots are excellent. Portable, and work just as well for me as dunking my feet into a tub of hot water, without the mess of water and towels and heating up a kettle! I can put these on first thing in the morning after about a minute and a half in the microwave, and they just warm my feet right up. No more cramps! The outside of the boot is made of a very thin slightly fuzzy material, which isn't very soft or very thick and insulative, but the heating part of the boot makes up for that. They *help* to keep the top, sides, back, of the foot and ankle warm, although I find it's better to wear thick fuzzy socks inside the boot (plus I don't want to get them dirty). The instructions say "wipe with a damp cloth" to clean. Uh-huh. Right. In other words, you don't clean these. The booties are huge, I have size 9 feet and they could literally be fit over my flat shoes. Since they are not made for walking around, that doesn't matter too much if you are sitting in one spot working on your computer or reading a book, though. The heating part of the boot is a foot-shaped, large flat beanbag pad full of lavender and buckwheat and other stuff which sits in the bottom of the boot, and can be removed. They can slide around just a little too, because the boot is so big, and they are not held down with any kind of fastener. No big deal, just don't bother walking around.I bought these boots with a heated footrest, the Indus-Tool TT Toasty Toes Ergonomic Heated Footrest. While the footrest is a little funky because it gets too hot, when I put these boots on and rest them on the footrest, the Toasty Toes keeps the boots nice and warm ALL DAY! No running back and forth to the microwave! This would probably work with a really hot heating pad or heated mat too. The footrest by itself isn't satisfactory because while it cooks the bottom of the foot, the top, back, and sides remain cold. But wearing the boots, it absorbs and diffuses the direct heat from the foot rest to a comfortable level, and it keeps the back and top of the foot warm also, so all around I have found a glorious system for warm feet.

Soft
These are great as a foot warmer and work well and smell good. But it’s impossible to walk in them. But for sitting, they keep the feet very warm.

They keep my feet warm
I LOVE them! I have very cold feet. Sometimes they are so cold I can't even go to sleep. I usually wear socks on going bed but they are not enough. When I was young I have seen my mom using similar one of these from a different company that can put on her shoulder but when surfing amazon I saw these and decided to give it a try for my cold feet. So simple. Microwave them for 3 min and put them on the feet wearing socks for about 10 - 15 min. They are kind of bulky to walk around so I just have them on sitting or lying before going bed. Just read a book or watch TV and go to bed when they cool off. My feet are much warmer and much more comfortable! I can't wait to use these daily until I fix my cold feet problem. The herb scent is not that strong and the shipping was fast and well packed. Im a happy customer :)

Hoped these would be more slipper-like.
I like them, and they work fine; but they tend to come off sense they aren't well fitted to the foot and are slippery without any gripping at the bottom.

Amazing boots
I bought these boots for my girlfriend for Christmas. She has some issues with circulation to her feet (Reynauld's syndrome) and they are always cold at night. She heats up these boots and wears them to bed every night now. They keep her feet warm and help her get to sleep. They have become an integral part of her night-time routine! She also enjoys the pleasant herbal scent that is emitted by these boots when they are heated. These boots are one size fits all. Since the boots are really a glorified sock and you won't be walking in them, they should accomodate almost all foot sizes. All in all, if you (or someone you know) have a problem with cold feet, these boots are what you have been looking for.

Not Worth the Money-Extremely Poor Design
This product is like putting a heated bean bag in a very loose oversized sock. It is NOT designed for walking nor standing. If used in bed, the bag WILL fall towards your heal, leaving your toes and top of your foot cold. The outer bootie will eventually fall down also. There is nothing to keep the bootie portion above your ankles. Overall this is a very poor design and a waste of time and money. You are better off buying a good pair of heavy socks, heating them with a blow dryer or putting them in a clothes dryer.

Disappointed
While these booties do warm your feet, the heat pack inserts are a rough uncovered sack that comes directly in contact with your feet and are uncomfortable to me since my feet are very sensitive to texture. Also, the fit is loose with no way to tighten the cuffs around your ankle so it's awkward keeping them on. I'll probably end up getting something else.

Warm Feet
These are great when you come in from the cold after walking on snowy grounds. They heated my feet and kept warm for quite a long while. They cannot be used for walking around, though, in that they are weighted and don't stay on well, but they are perfect for sitting in your recliner and relaxing while you are comforted.
