While at the beach on a windy day, our flimsy umbrella did not survive. Beach goers next to us had this stretch canopy up and were not bothered at all by the gusty wind. We took down the product details, ordered it on Amazon the same day and it arrived super fast. It sets up quite quickly and maintains stability once the 4 pouches are filled with sand (scoop included). Comes down just as quickly and fits easily in the carrying bag. Good value item.

It was super easy to assemble. It was sturdy and stayed up the entire time with no issues. The weight is very manageable. It was well worth the price. Can't compare the quality because this is the first time I have bought a beach canopy. I watched videos on how to set this style canopy up and highly recommend doing so. It helps to make sure you are not disappointed in the setup process. Taking it down was simple as well and everything fit back in the bag.

Super easy to put up, love how much less space it takes up than a traditional tent. Low to moderate wind was fine but when we had pretty windy day at the beach, it collapsed. So I guess if you’re expecting high winds, not a good option. But other than that, it worked great. You will want to use shovel to get hole deep enough so the pole isn’t too wiggly.

We took this on our vacation to Mexico and it worked perfectly. Four loungers were shaded the whole day. It was a little windy but held up just fine in the wind. For the price it was good quality and I'd buy it again.

This shade was exactly what I was looking for! We are going to be taking 4 adults and 1 child to the beach and I needed something that would provide enough shade of all of us but would also fit in a suitcase so we could can take it on an airplane. We always just buy an umbrella when we get somewhere, but it seems so wasteful. Everything came in a black bag (pictured with a Stanley cup for size comparison) and was well packaged. The bag is small enough to fit in our larger luggage, but is big enough that the shade doesn't have to be folded a special way to fit. I set the entire thing up in my backyard just to try it out and it was very easy! I am about 5'3'' and I was able to do all of the steps by myself (even reaching the top of the poles). I was also able to stand up under the tent without bending over. My husband is taller than me and he was also able to stand up under the tent, although he did have to bend a little at the lowest parts. At first I was a little frustrated by the directions being vague about where the poles go, but once I tried it I realized its pretty forgiving about where you place them. The spikes that come for putting this in the ground vs the sand worked really well but some came out a little bent after one use. The directions also say to put the poles in the ground but that wasn't really possible in the grass. Even without this the tent stayed up throughout a moderately windy day. I can't wait to take this to the beach to try it out!

It’s short so you have to duck to get in, it blows over even in mild winds.Not convenient or easy.

So glad I purchased this. Set up was very simple, perfect for sunshade, and it fit 6 of us comfortably. This is much better than those canopy's, especially if it's windy, I've had bad experiences with those breaking or getting blown away. We had no issues with this tent, and it was a bit windy when we used it at the beach. I definitely recommend if you're looking for an easy shade cover.

Good quality. Easy and very simple set up. Roomy enough for four people and cooler. Came with everything we needed. Material is very substantial. Highly recommend and the price is great too.

Wir sind so begeistert. Das Zelt ist super schnell und einfach aufgebaut. Zu zweit benötigt man ca 10 Minuten. Nimmt wenig Platz weg. Dadurch, dass man in die Seitentaschen Sand packt, hält es auch Wind gut aus. Heute sitzen wir mit Wind von 30 km/h am Strand. Das Zelt spendet viel Schatten.Wir können es nur empfehlen und definitiv sein Geld wert. Absolut Daumen hoch 👍

Zu Beginn erstmal muss ich sagen , das ich dieses sonnensegel/strandbeschattung selbst letztes Jahr am Strand gesehen habe und während ich mit der klassischen strandmuschel beschäftigt war die Nachbarn binnen 4 min ca ihr strandlager errichtet hatten , dachte ich mir wie easy ist das denn .Nun gut , aufgrund meiner Beobachtung für gut befunden und für den diesjährigen Strandurlaub bestellt.Lieferung erfolgte gewohnt schnell dort gibt es nichts zu meckern.Nun zum Zelt.Wir haben das 3x3 m genommen da mit kleinkind Schatten am Strand nie genug vorhanden sein kann.Im Lieferumfang ist das Tuch an dessen EckenJeweils ein Sandbank eingearbeitet ist . Es befi den sich auch Ösen für Heringe an den Enden um es zb auf einer Wiese nutzen zu können . Diese liegen aber nicht bei. Als weiter befinden sich in der packtasche 2 weiter beutel mit den insgesamt 4 Stangen mit welchen man das Zelt aufstellt.Positiv zu erwähnen ist das der packbeutel angenehm gross ist um das Segel plus die Stangen zu verstauen es reicht wenn man das Segel grob zusammenlegt und in den beutel stopft.Das Segel ist aus einem sehr elastischen Material was meiner Meinung dazu führt das es selbst bei etwas mehr Wind nicht direkt die Stangen umreisst das in der gesamten Konstruktion spiel vorhanden ist.Nun zum Eindruck in der Praxis.Wir waren mit unserer Tochter an der Nordsee in Holland. Und der Aufbau erwies sich genau so easy wie erhoffft. Segel ausgelegt und mit der beiliegenden Schaufel die Säcke befüllt. On der Zeit hatte meine Frau die Stangen zusammen gesteckt und platzierte sie grob in jeder Ecke 1. Fertig.Der schattenplatz ist wirklich super und was wir bemerkte ist das man auch nur mit 2 Stangen verschiedene Aufbauten hinbekommt. .zb ein Schrägdach. Welches hinten quasi geschlossen ist .In der Praxis erwies sich als sehr praktisch das man das Zelt nicht umstellen muss wenn die Sonne wandert. Es reicht wen man die Stangen versetzt . Und während ich die andere Väter sah wie sie Heringe gezogen haben und mit der strandmuschel im Wind kämpften( natürlich nachdem das komplett ausgeräumt wurde) lag ich längst wieder in chillstellung unter unserem Lager.Wir wurden auch mehrfach auf das sonnensegel angesprochen und ernteten bewundernde Blicke. Was eine Wohltat. Früher das tiefergelegte Auto heute als verheirateten Mann mit Kind der smarte sonneschutz :) wie sich die Zeiten ändernNun zum negativenEhrlich gesagt kann und will ich zurzeit nichts negatives sagen . Aufbau und Funktion ist easy ein 5 Sterne Bewertung ebenso wie die Aufbewahrung Tasche.Was die Langlebigkeit angeht fehlt mir natürlich die Zeit. Wir nutzen es jetzt 1 Woche jeden Tag und dort war nicht aufgefallen. Es gab weder schlechte Nähte oder Materialmängel. Also kurz gesagt 5 Sterne.
