The book is way too basic even for a novice like me. It does not provide much if any information on customizing other than what you can find on the microsoft pages.

Easy to follow. Helped us uncover some of the great new features of 2016. Overall, two thumbs up. It was a great purchase for an intermediate user, like myself.

Not what I was expecting at all. Its like reading a printout of the user guide with no structure whatsoever. For a complete beginner to this, I didn't need every option explained, in order, in the most tedius of detail. I don't intend on memorising everything it can do. Maybe a working example of an imaginery organisation to follow or at least something interactive rather than revision style learning. I bought it on Kindle, so maybe it just seemed like a lot of pages. But there was pages and pages on how to fill out an online account creation form. I could really have guessed what to type into Country, telephone number without individual screenshots / descriptions. Yet massive blocks of text for the options in the software.

The content is way to superficial. It barely scratches Dynamics CRM capabilities. The link to create an environment and being able to follow the document by practicing does not work ([...]). The link is provided in section "Steps to Setting up an Environment". It's full of typos especially in Chapter 6: "Administration oncepts" (instead of Concepts), "The ettings rea" (instead of settings area), and so on!

Good book with plenty of examples
