Great trampoline
This was the best purchase we ever made. My son says it's the best gift ever, better than his computer or Xbox. It was easy to put together. Very sturdy. Holds a good amount of weight. Had two adult men and my son on it with no issues. Good size too. The net is awesome, didn't have that when I was young. The ladder stays on. Make sure you put the blue spring cover on before you tighten up the polls. Ours isn't staying on right because the polls arnt holding it like they should. But that's our fault. I highly recommend!

A trampoline with a high price and low quality craftsmanship
I never take the time to write reviews. However I was compelled to warn people, so they do not buy the same product based off of reviews that the company pays people to make so that a mediocre product looks better. This trampoline carries the same $300 dollar price tag as most trampolines. So I figured what could go wrong. Well first off the instructions are non existing. There is 1 picture and over 200 metal springs, bolts and nuts. So you just have to guess on the proper way to build this thing. They supplied the smallest springs that money could buy. They gave me 5 inch springs for a 12ft trampoline. The standard size is supposed to be 7in for springs with a trampoline of that size. The poles and frame they supplied are aluminum. Which is again the cheapest option they could have selected. Basically your paying them 300 dollars for 100 dollars worth of material you could buy separately and make one 200% safer. The foam that goes around the trampoline to protect your child's skull from damage is 3cm thick... which will do absolutely nothing to protect them should they fall and hit their head on the metal. Basically this company is cutting costs in the most important areas that keep our kids safe, all so they could make more profit. Do not buy this trampoline. The springs are to short, the foam is supposed to be the last line of defense and keeps our kiddos out of the hospital. They purposefully made it the thinnest I've ever seen. If they care so little about your kids don't give them a dime. Take your money elsewhere.

Weight limit descrpency 440 vs. 330lbs
The instruction could use an update, assembly required common sense. My biggest issue is that the advertisement states that the weight capacity is 440lbs, but the assembly instructions states no more than 330lbs. Also the illustrations ad shows a T bracket connectors that is not what i recieved. instead i recieved bents bars that interconnected into a circle. And the ad stats upgraded material, that's not what i recieved. looks like stitched waterproof tarps thats illustrated as the lesser material in their ad?I'm not sure if i was sent the incorrect trampoline? Then to top it off the stitching connectors for the border barrier did not last more than 24 hours. The packaging did come damaged with lose springs and parts in the box being slushed around loosely. Everything was their when i inventory the parts. Unfortunately the weight capacity warning did not appear until assembly was completed. Then all the red flags started to appear.Overall it servers it purpose for my childrens entertainment. Unfortunately no adults can join in on the fun due to the weight limit issue. The box did include the spring tools and anchors to fasten to the ground, but the lower connector are not secured. they are a slip on metal to metal. I ended up using metal self tapping screw to keep them in place. Also the ladder rest loosely on the frame, not sure if I'm going to use duct tape to remedy it.I did contact Amazon about the issues listed above. just letting you all know about the irregularities that i encountered.

Great Quality for Price!
We purchased this trampoline for my daughters 6th birthday and it is great quality for the price. It came with a very small hole in the actually trampoline mat and Amazon worked with us to get it fixed quickly. It seems like much better quality than what I have seen in stores for a much cheaper price tag. Highly recommend!

Padding and net falling apart.
The blue pad covering the springs is falling apart due to being outside. Also the padding on the poles is falling apart and the poles have ripped through the pockets and are poking out of the top of the net now. The material should be better to withstand being outside in the weather. The trampoline has held up good. No broken spings or holes in net

THIS IS DANGEROUS
Had this less than a month. Had 2 12 year olds girls in it (less than 180 lbs) and this happened.

Overall, a Useable Trampoline
When we received the box, there were a couple of holes in it and springs were rattling around loose. After a putting it together, we realized that one nut/bolt combo was missing, along with about half a dozen springs. One of the springs was the wrong size. I did not want to have to un-assemble it and return it, so I called to get replacement parts. I was told a new trampoline would be sent out, and to take out the parts we need, seal up the box and send it back. The second box also had holes in it. I don't know if parts were missing, as we were only interested in a few parts. We got the replacement nut/bolt, but found that all of the springs were too short, just like the one we got in the first box. I'm not about to send for another one, so we are using this one with a few missing springs, spaced out around so as not to be a hazard. In conclusion, we got a useable, but not great trampoline.

Great trampoline!
My kids love this trampoline. The first set of instructions were very confusing, I reached out to Amazon and received another set of instructions through the mail that were very detailed and helpful! It took less than 2 hours to assemble once we knew what we were doing. Great purchase!
