Hard to connect to... Otherwise good dongle.
Have some issues connecting sometimes to certain hardware. Works on the 3.0 bluetooth but not the 4.0 bluetooth.

So all and all it works but very short range
plug and play for windows 10 but range is very short, like 9 feet or less. I have a sound bar about 8 feet from my PC if i use a USB port in the back of PC it wont pair or if it does signal lost fast, moved it to the front USB works just fine. So all and all it works but very short range

It did work out with the software on the provided disc but turns out the dongle was just useless.
It keeps disconnecting from my pc (win10). Also the plug-and-play didn't work, it said it downloaded the software but it installed incorrectly or something. It did work out with the software on the provided disc but turns out the dongle was just useless.

Linux: A2DP works, but HFP does not
A2DP appears to work fine under Linux (Kernel 4.6, Bluez5, PulseAudio 7+, ofono1.18), but HFP does not. Routing stereo audio (A2DP) works just fine, for example, allowing you to stream audio from your phone to a raspberry pi or linux desktop, but hands free functionality (using your PI or desktop as a headset), does not appear to work. The bluetooth kernel driver reports:"SCO packet for unknown connection handle"Either this is a driver or BT stack issue, or an incompatibility with this CSR device.
