The box was painfully damaged and the case for the tips was shattered in one corner. I've heard similar complaints but didn't expect it to actually happen. Also, the kit is MUCH smaller than expected. Haven't used it, it was supposed to be a gift so I'm not sure if it's a good kit or not.
