Great product and service
Smooth operation and great ordering process. I was nervous since our windows are over 5 ft wide but they are perfect. Installation was very simple. They look like wood but you can tell they’re plastic when you touch them. They’re heavy duty but still plastic. Good value!

Excellent product and customer service
This product was so easy to put together myself. I am not a very handy person, but our blinds look fantastic. It was also less than half the price I was quoted when we had a professional company come and look at the same area. Excellent customer service. This is the 2nd purchase I made from Jeremy. Well made and simple to install!
Jeremy was extremely helpful and took every precaution to ensure my order was correct for my specific window. The shipment was communicated along with video instructions that made the entire process extremely easy! I was impressed with the packaging as everything arrived in perfect condition. I could not believe how simple the installation was - especially given the fact that I was doing it without help and I have never installed a shutter before. Now I am getting ready to order shutters for 4 more windows!

Easy install
I am 65 yrs old and I sent Jeremy the measurements of my dining room window. He gave me instructions how to measure and I was a little nervous of doing it right. He notified me to tell me the blinds were ready and we're shipped. When I got them he sent me a link for a video to show how to install them step by step. They fit perfectly! My friends were very impressed about the install. I love them!!! Thank you Jeremy for seeing me through this!

Awesome
Customer service is fantastic leading up to fabrication to make sure you get what you need. They look amazing and function just as intended. These are made very well - I was a little nervous about ordering expensive blinds this way but they’re great and the sales people gave me great options after I placed the order.

I was nervous about this but man it was so easy to install. If you can hang a picture frame you can do this! The owner is helpful and thorough.
