This scanner goes above and beyond what I expected in the best way. For starters, the carry case it comes in is super organized and makes it easy to locate what I need for diagnostic purposes. The scanner itself has such a large screen that makes it easy to both navigate and see what I am doing. The software interface is very user-friendly as well. This scanner does everything you could want for a fraction of the cost of the "other guys." The fact that I can do manufacture-specific ECU programming, coding, and calibrations made this a no-brainer purchase for me. The scoping and waveform abilities are what set it apart from others. It is also compatible with every manufacturer I have worked with. Overall, this is a top-tier scanner, and I recommend it to any shop or technician looking for a scanner that can do almost anything.

This scan tool has been a great tool. I had two issues with it, one where it wouldn’t boot up (I think it was something I did when I was messing around with apps) and I called tech support and they were able to email me the files to refresh the entire tool with a usb. The second issue was the screen started flickering and not working right at all when it was used for more than about 10 mins. I contacted the seller Jason Tools and he got me in touch with a lady from the Autel repair team and she had me send it to china where they replaced the screen and sent it back. It now works great. The scan tool has all the features you need to diagnose vehicles, I especially like the built in oscilloscope and multimeter that allow you to do all the testing right on the scan tool. Shipping was absolutely terrible. Ordered Dec 2, was shown as delivering by Dec 9. I didn’t receive it until Dec 16. No notice that it would be late and zero customer service. No one would do anything about it. I would have ordered from the tool truck for this kind of service. Also, it states there is a year upgrade included which is a complete lie. It isn’t the tool that got a bad review. This scan tool is one of the best I’ve used in my career and I’ve used most of them. For those saying it won’t program or diag all makes and models is incompetent. Amazon and the seller are the reason for this bad review

I did a lot of research before buying this tool and so far I am extremely pleased with it! My techs have been able to accomplish everything they have tried with it where the scan tool we were replacing was unable and several times they have said to me how much they like the new tool and how much better it is than anything else they used before. I highly recommend this tool for any serious shop owner or technician looking to increase their access and ease of diagnostics.

I got my Autel Ultra scanner super fast and it's a solid product with all the adapters I need.Ibought it for the topology mapping and it totally lived up to my expectations. It found 30 redmodules and I quickly erased them all to make them green, saving me a bunch of timeThe Intelligent Diagnostics feature is also really cool. It gives me all the info I need to makeaccurate repairs and it works on almost all the cars in my shop. 'm really happy with this scannerand I would recommend it to anyone looking for an efficient intelligent diagnostic tool.

Pros: The Ultra scanner does everything I need, from factory-level programming to 40 reset services. It has also added some pretty cool features. The VCMI has a built-in scope module that can perform a lot more functions than my old Snap-on tool. It comes with a docking station, a variety of scope leads, alligator clips, and plenty of accessories and adapters.Cons: The VCMI is quite large, and it needs to be activated.

Am looking for next update but don’t see coverage for free next year
