They work for sure but you need more then one. I put one on each ankle and wrist. Worked GREAT. With only one on its effectivness was mediocre. The sticky didn't bother my skin either tho I don't think they recommend that. For someone who's o positive its hard to find stuff that ACTUALLY works.
