It's been 2 or 3 weeks since I first used these pens on my shoes and left a 5-star review. It turns out the pens are a solid 2.5 stars.It took 2-3 coats to cover the dirt evenly on my white rubber shoe soles. Hours of my time over 3 days, but I thought they turned out great! The description on Amazon said they could be used on Rubber and on Shoes. That's why I bought them.However, the shoes are getting dirty incredibly fast. In another week, it will look like I didn't use this pen at all. And I am very gentle with these shoes too, but now they are picking up dirt 10x faster than before.Also, I gave this pen to a colleague to use when she needed white-out. It was so embarrassing! It took her three coats on paper to hide one thin line of Crayola purple marker. I only recommended the pen because using it for white-out was written in the Description.However, the Fine tip point itself does hold up. This pen could be good for decorative uses... just do not use it for anything functional.I want to be kind and give 3 stars... but I can't. I wasted a ton of time, wasted money buying them, and I humiliated myself in front of a fellow professional. 2 stars. Sorry Sellers.- original post-I accidentally wore my 'good sneakers' during heavy yard work and destroyed the white rubber side-soles with dirt and stains. I tried scrubbing them clean but stained is stained. I decided to try this product, or I would have needed new shoes.So far these pens are great. The tip is very fine for a paint pen, and it maneuvers around detail well. However on an angle, the pen covers enough surface area that the project moves along at fair speed. I just finished one coat on one shoe. It will definitely need a second coat to cover everything evenly, but with all the pens that come in the box, I think I will have plenty until the job is done.Now I have to see how durable the paint is. If I have any problems I'll update. So very I'm very glad I made the purchase.

These work well, paint reservoir is small but there's lots of them, fine point for precise lettering, great for marking tools

Like most white pens, there are issues because they aren't bright white! They might start off being quite bright but once they dry, they fade. I like the loose paint you have to shake but they don't glide as I had hoped. I prefer to press hard on a piece of scrap paper and dip the nib in the puddles to make dots. They make nice dots but don't really write bright white.

On the small size, but works very well. Feel like they will last awhile, sturdy, and aren't leaking. Just open and they are ready to write/paint. so easy.

The media could not be loaded. Nice quality! I tested it and works perfectly, I use it to label my tools. I lost the top right away since it's transparent so make sure you keep track of it. You get a lot of pens so worth the bank

The paint does not go on smoothly. I guess for the price, someone may like them depending on their needs. My needs are for mark making on watercolor art. Watercolor paper is thick and cold press is textured. These are not for that!

I'm a tech director for a school district and I needed a method for putting serial numbers on charging cables. I decided to go with these and after 9 months of kids using the chargers I can say that this was a great purchase! The pens are excellent for writing clearly and evenly and the numbers I placed on the hard plastic surfaces of the chargers are still very much in tact and legible. I only used 2 pens to write on over 200 charging cables (6 digits that were 1 inch tall) so the value for the price was quite good.
